  1. I think I will forget it and go fishing. @Glenn has fallen asleep and this sitting around waiting is like watching paint dry.
  2. Hello and welcome to the forum from another Ky bass chaser.
  3. All of my rods have the full cork grip and I hope it stays that way. I don't even like the looks of the split grips.
  4. I prefer the low and slow way of fishing. I would much rather work areas really good. I don't like having to put everything away each time I make a run.
  5. Don't you mean endangered species?
  6. Thanks Glenn. I had never seen any info on this before.
  7. I would like to know if it is deployed how much trouble is it to get it repacked so it can be used again?
  8. I have to agree with @ScottF. I don't want a tangled mess in my rod box. I have a couple of rods that stay rigged up with soft plastics. Anything else get tied on when I get on the water. There have been too many times when I thought I would be fishing certain lures or a certain way only to find out the conditions were not what I expected and had to change.

  11. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  12. I would avoid anything that has a Force motor on it. I had a 1998 40HP motor on my boat. Blew a cylinder in it in 2002. Before that I had to replace tilt and trim solenoids in several times where they went bad from the vibrations in that motor. I replaced it with a 2003 Merc and have not had any problems at all with it. Parts would also be very hard to come by now since they have been out of production for several years.
  13. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  14. The Zoom Fat Albert grubs are very good. I use the twin tail grubs as jig trailers. I Texas rig the single tail grubs with an 1/8 ounce sinker. I've had some very good days fishing them this way for LMB and SMB. I bought a pack of the white ones but can't even get a bite on them.
  15. Guess those F150s must have been parked. That is the only way a Chevy can beat them. Any app or anything else made by GM I wouldn't trust it to work right. I know Iv'e owned Chevys.
  16. I use them as trailers on 1/2 ounce football jigs and as a Texas rig. I don't cut anything off of them when used as a jig trailer. On a Texas rig I use a 2/0 offset hook with an 1/8 ounce sinker on 12# floro on a 6' MH rod and Lews Tournament MB reel. My best colors have been blk/blu on a blk/blu jig and watermelon seed on a Texas rig.
  17. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  18. You are not playing this game right. The bait monkey will be coming to have a talk with you.
  19. I have been using Zoom worms for so long I didn't have any Culprit worms until recently. I have the 7.5" worms in Fire & Ice, Crawdad, and Grape Shad. Fire & Ice is the only color I have tried so far and caught a small one on it. I rig mine on a 3/0 hook with an 1/8 ounce sinker. Hope to be able to get out and try the others next week.

I can't believe you can have someone arrested just because you saw a gun in their possession. Many states have open carry laws and here they passed a law that anyone legally able to buy a firearm can carry it concealed without any training or permit. I won't say what I think of that law. I recently went to a Cracker Barrel to pick up a to go order. An older gentleman walked by me and I noticed the handle of a revolver in his back pocket. I did not feel threatened or even think about calling the police on him.

  24. You got it right. This has always been my biggest complaint about this site.
