Headlights burning on a truck backing down and or sitting at the boat ramp just fires me up when I'm trying to back down before daylight. Who needs headlights while backing their boat down? So I'll gently ask them if we get close enough if they could see ok while backing down with those bright @$$ headlights?

When our water gets down to 50( at 56 now) it'll be Cotton Cordell jigging spoon, jerkbaits, blade bait, and finesse jigs. As soon as the temp starts climbing I'll add the 8" Huddleston jig hook on clean bottom/rocks and a 68 Special weedless around grass.

My Ci4+'s are pretty much silent.

I picked up a set of $99 Ironton non folding steel ramps at Northern Tool to install as a catwalk. They're 6' long(cut to fit) and I figure if you can drive a mower or atv on them the traction should be fine. Shouldn't be difficult to bolt them on.

Caught 5 today all roughly the same size on Super Flukes. It was 33 and foggy with a water temp of 57.

I used to call predators 3 to 4 nights a week for 15+ years during fox & bobcat season. I shot hundreds of fox, 61 bobcats, many coons, and 3 yotes.

I feel any boater should give bank fishermen the space and powered boaters give unpowered boaters their space. Seems like common courtesy to me.
