  1. No jig fishing, I'm shocked!
  2. Nice going man, good to see some big fish pics.
  3. The glue will run out, I'm half way done with my bottle just from using it on Basstrix. It does work though, but if the worm welder works for plastic worms, it sounds like you just need a battery and you never run out?
  4. Keep throwing it on a BC, either way, it's the same motions. I usually use a RH Baitcaster, but for jerkbaits, I use a LH so that I jerk the rod with my right arm (stronger arm) and I've had no problems.
  5. Considering that both teams scored about 30 last time out, in sub par weather, I think both teams will have over 24 for sure. I'd say 34-27 Pats win. I'd hate to see such a great season end on a loss.
  6. So everyone knows, that doesn't come in a box. Comes in a plastic stapled thing, nothing like a box. The worms are terrible, BUT the weights are fine.
  7. Done like a true pro!
  8. and which one of those is better? so what does thsi mean powerpro braid 20lb. 6dia 15lb 4dia That the power pro braid has a breaking strength of 20lbs, but the line diameter of 6lb mono. Same for the 15lb. It's got a 15lb breaking strength, but the diameter of the line is comparable to that of 4lb mono. Braid is much stronger, and much thinner. Plain and simple.
  9. I've used the 10lb Invisi Braid. It's not invisible, but I dont' think it is much more visible then mono or anything of that sort. BUT, I was using the smallest line they made, I think if you got into the heavier lines, they're thicker, and might be more visible. I like Invisi Braid, and haven't tried the Stren braid. So all I can say is, I like the 10lb invisi braid, and from what I noticed it wasn't any more visible then mono.
  10. I fish a 3/16oz with 6-8lb line. Lota guys like lighter weights, but I've had great success so haven't bothered changing it up.
  11. I only use P-Line 15lb Fluorocarbon , no complaints.
  12. I was fishing from a boat, but it's tough when I have to boat over to another boat and ask them to take a picture! ;D The trout hit a trickworm. I caught a 4lb trout on a trickworm a couple months back. Interesting. I fish a large pond that has some brown and rainbows in it. I usually wish with 3" power worms for them though. Really didn't fish the trick worm too many times. Guess I will have to break out the trick worms and split shot more this year. Great fish! 8-) I was in no way intentionally trying to catch a trout. I think it was more of a fluke then anything. So don't put too much time into using a trick worm if you're going for trout.
  13. $170 Get a Dobyns or Powell $150 E21 Carrot Stix or Gblanks custom rod $150-$180 Used Gloomis IMX rod $100 All Star ASR
  14. Not sure if this picture is any better, but here's one more of the 6 14

  16. When I first started using jigs, I only fished a football jig. 3/8oz - 3/4oz football jig / uncle joshes pork trailer has produced time and time again.
  17. I've already had a decent start to 08, but today really just made it great. 6lbs 14oz LM / 8lb Rainbow trout (accidental) / and another 3lber
  18. I've never heard one positive review on it. There's a ton on sale at my local sporting good store. Obviously they've had trouble selling it as well.
  19. Shaky head jig heads / Trick worms 3/8oz football head jig / trailers Senkos and tons of them.
  20. Boo 9ers! Growing up in Oakland, the raiders have been my team, although I haven't had much to cheer for. I get the whole , you look like eminem thing on a weekly basis, never the Alex Smith. Made me laugh. Oh, and both are famous and make great money, I wouldn't mind that!
  21. Many people on here praise different baits and tackle, that doesn't mean they get paid by the company. RW talks about Yo-zuri in every other sentence. Fourbizz told me to look at Mickey's baits, and they're incredible. My favorite big bait is the wake jr. Although I'm not real into big baits, when I throw them, it's about all I throw, just cause the action alone is worth looking at in awwww.
