One of the few and far between decent Ollie’s haul. $7.99 each, normally wait til they drop them, but I had a 20% off, so $6.39ish isn’t bad in my book. (Now I’m wishing I would have gotten a few more)

KJ Flat 1.5 - MS American Shad, Chart Blue Shad, MS Crack, Spring Craw

LC 1.5 DD - BE Gill

LC 1.5 WV DRS - Flake Kabuki Gill

Nice. KJ flats are at the top of my flatsided cranks 👍

In the small tube game!!! I’ve fished tubes for a long long time. I’ve mainly used 4 inch tubes and nothing shorter than 3.5 inches.

This order came from Fish USA. 1 net bait juvenile goby

1 net bait in Star Wars ( smoke purple with gold and purple flake)

1 xzone 2.25 scented stealth tube in GP blue flake.

1 Great Lakes finesse black and blue juvy craw

Last but, not least some Fin-S split tail fish in purple ice for vertical jigging on the Saginaw River for walleye.

Should be read for smallies on the Great Lakes. Just need the weather to cooperate.

On Easter Sunday a humongous and might I add rather rude Pickeral bit off my one and only Zedman 6" Swag LT line thru. Had some BPS gift cards burning a hole in my cork board, so I'm flush again and then some.😁

THU keeps getting me with their bento’s. I bought the Easter basket one last week and got it in yesterday. Looked this am and they had more, so I bought another one (different this week). I’m realizing I’m a JDM ho.

I'm right there with you....I scooped up one of the after Easter boxes.

I’ve had a Bass Pro gift card since my birthday last September. Stopped there today and got a new Columbia Omni-Shade hooded shirt, a pack of 8” Mann’s Jelly Worms in blackberry, a pack of 4” Keitech Easy Shiners in electric shad (that bait in sungill has been hot as a jig trailer but that color wasn’t there so I opted to try this), and a spool of (new to me) Sufix Advance co-poly mono. 10 lb. and low-vis green. I bought a Daiwa CA-80XS off MN Fisher to replace one of my Black Max’s with a broken thumb bar. Hate to admit it, but considered the cost and time to replace the bar, and for a reel I paid $42.99 NIB, figured it wasn’t worth the hassle. Since I ran out of Sunline Shooter Defier, I figured I’d try something new.

Same. Super good value. Was pretty bummed today’s was kind of meh.

My wife kept suggesting I get the whatnot app for fishing auctions, as she uses it for her hobbies.

Against my better judgement, I listened to her this weekend. Ended up over paying on a chop block glide and ended up getting some really good deals on terminator titanium buzzbaits and a baby 1 minus.

Kind of crazy to see coikes there go for 35+, but I get it they are popular.

Guys, I need help on the hook size for bull flat 5.8".

These (Megabass Vision 110 Jr. +2) came in this morning. I am very much looking forward to seeing if they are anywhere near as loved/hated as the 110 Jr. +1. These are the colors that have been my favorites for the past couple of seasons. Over the past month, I have been throwing jerkbaits at least 80 % of the time.

I checked out Whatnot based on your post. Had it for 2 days and deleted it. Got a few deals, and overpaid for a few things because they weren’t available elsewhere. Overall it’s not for me.

There were basically 4 types of sellers I encountered:

*JDM guy. He bought everything JDM he could get his hands on; and is now selling them for a profit. Not an awesome practice in my opinion. But if you’re looking for a specific finish on a JDM lure that you can never find in stock online, this dude has one and will auction it for $50. The sheer volume of JDM lures that move on that site everyday is wild. Every other seller has a wall of fresh Megabass they just got in from wherever they get them from.

*Wannabe JDM guy. He’s new. Wants to build a following on the site and is auctioning off expensive baits with very few eyeballs in the room because he’s trying to gain followers. He hasn’t run the numbers yet to realize what he has is an expensive hobby, and not a business.

*Alibaba/Homemade guy. They’re buying generic lures on Alibaba and making their own baits and soft plastics. Volume sellers.

*Bought a pallet of used goods and some of em turned out to be fishing related guy. They have no idea what they’re selling, but they have a lot of it.

I watched certain screen names spend hundreds of dollars in a matter of minutes. Thousands of dollars over the course of an hour. On bass fishing lures. Blew my mind.

TW order. Mostly re-stocking.

I like the Castaic Jerky Js a lot but have never used the giant 7 inch size. They seem to be clearing the castaic baits out at TW, hopefully it doesn't mean they are no longer being manufactuted at all.

The Picasso rumbler was a pleasant surprise last year. The thump is unreal. I mostly got it for night/low light fishing, but it has worked during the day also.

My daughter just got back from Japan and she brought me home a few goodies from Johshuya.

This and a few hooks, not pictured, was around $150. Not too bad.

The Raid Peller above is an awesome bait. I blew through a pack at my local pond a few days ago. I caught over 20 on it and only 2 on my favorite bladed jig. The fish acted like they had lost their mind over it. Also the Tiemco Creepy Egg Rubber is supposed to be the next big deal from Japan. Its similar to the Raid 2-way.

Finally got my hands on some. Let's see what the hubbub is... Bub.

Did you have to be on the phone with her while she was at Joshuya? My son spent about 3 weeks in Japan last summer after he graduated HS. He called me at every tackle shop he went to.

She called me at 5am. I had a list going but they didn't have all of what I wanted and my daughter does not fish so she was struggling. She only went to the one store and they have it categorized by types of baits. She knows what a hard bait is and what soft plastics are but wouldn't know a crankbait from a jerkbait. I also sent her pictures. Oddly, she had help from people working and shopping at the store. She did a really good job, all things considered. I just wish I was more awake and had some more funds to spare. If I had to do it again, I would see if I could set a video call of some kind.

Good idea. My son FaceTimed me at like 1 am. He’s fished with me a few times but wouldn’t know a crankbait vs a spinner bait. My son is Japanese “centered” and loves the Japanese culture, so he was trying to communicate in his Alabama accented hillbilly Japanese to the staff.

Jizz guy, I miss you all. I thought Glenn had had enough of me and kicked me out 😂, I've been visiting places and picking up some lures.

Since the site went down, I didn’t know what was on sale anywhere…that said, in the time the site was down, I managed to snag 4 packs of WCZ micro citizen’s, a plethora of hooks and weights from Mudhole of all places (I had a GC and MudBucks), a few orders of JDM tackle from THU, some odds and ends from BassPro and Academy.
