I didn't need to, but I upgraded some reels and a rod for my current setups.

Even with the trade in program at BPS you can still see my wallet weeping in the background.

Here is what I acquired the past month.  Needed to get more spinnerbaits and cranks.  Grabbed the Berkeley 110s because they were half price.

Dicks seams to have megabass on sale got this guy for 13.97. Vision 110's were at 18.97. I'll be going back on payday to get a few

I need to stay out of the LATEST DEALS thread and self-impose a time out.

I was pleasantly surprised how good these look and have to give them a try

KVD Magic Ochos have been hot around here and figured I'd give flukes a break and try Damiki

Definitely have enough jerkbaits now. Maybe. Hopefully.

Never really spent much time with buzzbaits and figured this year it's time

Definitely didn't "need" this but I found it with a nice steep discount and figured my drinks and lunch will be extra cool now.

I really wanna know how these baits do. I was eyeing them hard at the BPS during my last trip there. Was gonna pull the trigger but couldn't justify it.

Not bad for 60$! IMG_0144.thumb.JPG.377ffaa85f4b9f911675b92bc4594217.JPG

After a pretty extensive day of use I am liking it a lot as well.

Apparently I got wind of the Walmart sale just a little late.

I have the Ike rod in 7'0 and it is sweet let me tell you. Definitely gets favored over my KVD cranking rod and an unnamed cranking rod i have for sure.

I did some crankbait shopping and snagged some MIA Normans to stock up for the up coming year and beyond. Best part was the price, 3.97 apiece. Pretty good deal. The dark packages are the ones made off shore. Catt, you might notice the Nsx models which have several of already.

I ran into a walmart today, no sale at mine.

Did pick up some Rooster Tails because, come on, I walked all the way to the back of the store, had to buy something.

I'm jealous.... no cabelas near me but I'd LOVE some LC Pointers!

It's about an hour for me to get to one. Worth the drive for $6 Slender Pointers though. The SK and KVD plastics were $2 a bag. The Boom Boom swimbait was by far the most expensive purchase, and it was only $11.

Kudos on the Normans. Got a lot of those in my tackle box and they are fish catchers.

Had to order a new Plano box from TW. I have their 3700 box but I needed another. New box means you have to fill it do I bought 4 new Evil V's a 4x4 & a 4x6.. Can't wait.  for opener

Columbia - If you don't mind sharing, what is that color pattern on those Deep Little N cranks on the left hand side 4*4?

I think that would be effective where I frequently fish.

So I just went to BPS to stock up on some jig trailers and grabbed some chatterbaits.  Picked up some weights and hooks with havoc worms for while I'm in NC for work.

i also picked up some heavy jigs 3/8 oz for 2 bucks each.

6 Green Pumpkin Rage Tail Menace

4 Black Blue Flk Rage Tail Menace

1 Rage Tail White Grub

1 Rage Tail Green Pumpkin Grub

1 of each Rage Craw Pump/Pearl and Blue Bug

1 of each Baby Rage Pearl and Bama Craw

3 different worm hooks Fusion

1/15 oz Ned rig jig

1 1/2 3/8 and 1/4 oz tungsten bps weights

2 3/8 oz black and 1 bulk and 3/8 oz Strike King Heavy Duty Jig

1 pack of bps snaps

2 black blue 3/8, 2 perch 3/8 oz and 2 1/4 oz black blue chatterbaits

3/16 oz ds weights

Hook Keepers not sure if I will like them, but they will be for my treble baits.

Dorado,

The far left lower two are the standard perch.  The top row center area are two translucent perch. The majority of the lower left are Columbia Craw or Goby. We have no goby out here but do a have bullhead so that color seems to work very well.

They say that persistence pays off and I guess that is true. Took me a bit but I tracked some more Xcalibur squarebills down at Academy. I didn't really want the Real Craw ones but I figured for $1.98 I could at least try repainting them if all else fails.

It got me good, took my Brother in Law to my favorite local tackle shop, he always shops cabelas so I wanted to show him something cool and personal. I went in as a wingman, just to spend some time with him while he shopped around... walked out with a new 7'6" veritas 2.0 frog series rod, a 6" megabass magdraft, lunkerhunt katana, all black KVD sexy frog, and some dropshot weights and hooks of various styles and sizes. Oops!

I had managed to stay away from the monkey, but ended up running into him at Gander Mountain on Friday. Got out with only a three pack of florescent colored square bills from the clearance rack. Of course they went right onto the workbench at my gf's stepdad's shop to be repainted as sexy shad, hot mustard, and probably black back chartreuse. For $8 plus a bit of labor in the shop I'm happy (and the monkey is calm for a little while)

You lucky dog!  There are 3 stores near where I moved to... Only found 2 real craw in the same chartreuse color in your pic.
