Yes. Love it so far. I have used it for three all day trips and one tournament and I think it might be the best reel I have ever used.

I want one for a texas-rig rod.

Okay here we go. Memorial day sale gear. Got a Falcon Expert Head Turner which I obviously have already used as you can see by it being all rigged up. Love that rod so far. And then an iRod Stone Cold Spook and Trap which I paired a standard Lews LFS with. The reel on the Head Turner I have already had; it is my other REVO Winch.

Got a Booyah 3/8 oz. spinnerbait, an H2O Express 3” Red Ear Sunfish swimbait, a pack of VMC 1/0 weedless Neko hooks, a pack of #904 5” Senkos (black/blue laminate as black was not in stock) and a pack of 6” straight tail Roboworms in Aaron’s Morning Dawn (tres’ fancy way of sayin’ purple!). 
 

Anxious to try the Roboworms as I hear so much about them.

Both of my reels were purchased overseas.

Well dang. They verbatim told me twice that a reel bought from overseas would not be accepted, so I never turned it in.  

 

Guess it was a "better to ask for forgiveness than permission" type situation.

Hit up Academy this evening and scored these two 6XDs…

Bait monkey got me twice this week, grabbed a couple packs of soft plastics (Strike King version of Senko, forgot the name) and a couple bags of zoom super flukes, grabbed a bag of cheap 1/4oz bullet weights, pack of 3/0 Gamakatsu ORB hooks, a spool of 15lb braid, 10lb mono, and a Walmart spinning combo to get my brother a rod/reel. I tested it out while waiting for dad to get done with his dental appointment and it works pretty well, though the jerkbaits are going to such with how long the butt section is, and I generally do not prefer a 4000 size reel.

 

The second purchase was a Deeper Chirp Plus 2, figured it was high time I get into some kind of electronics to map my areas and see exactly what I've been fishing over all these years. 

I really like Venom tubes…50 packs of each ?‍♂️Just got the melon/chartreuse and GP/purple in Tuesday.

Uh no I don’t believe so. Not sure if this photo helps. The guides on my iRods are much smaller than this. 
 

Love the rod. As far as I can tell so far, it’s the perfect spinnerbait rod. Although ironically, I’ve been using a $40 spinning rod much more often recently. Those bass just want a little shaky head

@FishTank @Dangerfield - Heck Yeah. I use my 2021 Zillion SV more than the Steez SV, probably cuz the Steez is on a lighter setup that is not fish as much. I use the Zillion on my dedicated t-rig rod as well.
