Just picked up a Shimano Intenza glass for $112 (100 after using points). 7'2" MH glass, intended as a new chatterbait rod so hopefully it works out.

 

About to head to MidwayUSA and see what else I don't need....

Just need to keep checking the ALF site. They randomly put different brands on sale unannounced. Sometimes it'll be at night, other times weekends. 

ALF has all Vanford F reels on sale for 25% off - current stock only...get them before they disappear.

The email confirmation shows the discount applied (although the item is backordered). VF2500HGFA to go with the rod I mentioned a little further up in this thread and it looks like they just shipped everything else but that. Almost went with it from ALF yesterday but needed a few other things so figured I'd try this out to get the other items at 20%. Plus my thinking is there is probably already a line of others that bought that model from ALF already so I'd probably be a little higher up in line here (although their site was throwing a few 500 errors for me earlier so might not have been the only one to try it out earlier today).
