Dont believe their inventory, mine says it has 0 but has 4 locally i was looking at the other day in store. Always call the store. the online inventory isnt very accurate.

A similar sale happened last year on ice fishing and left over summer stuff.   I visited several Walmarts in SE Wisconsin and was told by a manager that each store is different.  From inventory to what goes on sale to even the markdown.  I asked for a price match on an exact item not on sale at Walmart #2 and they wouldn’t honor it.  Perhaps different in your area but sharing what I learned.   Mini sale on some stuff now and the same thing happened.  Take it for what it’s worth, but can pay off to visit a couple stores if not out of your way.    Of course, don’t ask, don’t get, so I keep trying.  

Not sure if this qualifies as a “sale” or not, but popped into an Ollies here in Orlando. They had a ton of 13 Fishing baits…$5. I bought a few jabber jaws and other misc crankbaits. 

Some of the sale items at Dick’s are (were) INSANE!!   I am probably glad I didn’t see it in time to buy.   It would have cost me more than it should have!   Wow

Alf secret sales is on. Daiwa/Shimano/Loomis probably others all 20% off currently 

Unfortunately the only fishing goods store left near me is BPS or Cabela's and they don't run the best lure sales especially soft plastics sales which I catch over 70% of my bass on. It's wild how often times Cabela's will have a much better selection of lures and fishing gear than BPS and BPS is supposed to be THE fishing store.

In a few months I will compile a list of must have fishing items and then start to daily check everywhere (online searches) for sales as thus far that's the only/best way I have found bargains.

 

Don't know all what's in it but Bass Pro has a store wide clearance sale going on including fishing equipment.

Sieberts has a limited edition Sniper jig with the old school rubber skirts on sale for 3.50 and wire tied.  Only two colors available but they are the right ones.  Put a Zoom Critter Craw on these and you’re good to go.

To bad they removed the anti-reverse switch, I'd probably be tempted. Not for me fighting a fish but sometimes I wind up to much and near impossible to open the bail, nice to be able to flip the switch to let some line out, for me it's just a convenience thing when I do dumb things, lol.

DSG has 50% off this weeks clearance.  Just picked up two Tatula SV TW RH for $74.48 each if they can fill the order.  Sure hope so.

You have tonsearch for it, I did and they were already out. They may have some in store and should match but that was the only way I found it, DSG website is the worse ..

Sorry shouldve quoted less of the post, im asking about the extra 50% off clearance. Cant find it anywhere on the site, and when adding clearance items to the cart the price stays the same.

I have a few stores that i know have the Tatula SV in stock however, but not sure what i would present the cashiers with to get the deal? Tried the app too, dont see anything about it.

@MediumMouthBass It's probably extra 50% off instore clearance items. My local store does that for the clearance items in the bins from time to time.

My store puts up 0 signs anymore😌. Ill have to go in later and have someone scan a few items, but it sounded like the OP of that comment ordered online.

I get email notifications from them for some of their sales.  Just depends what they want to put on sale.  Sometimes it covers fishing stuff and others its clothes and such.  I did see they are out now.  Called their customer service and they had enough to fill my order.  One is shipped and another will ship tomorrow.

Was it a code? or Just a one day event? Im a gold member and they didnt send me any emails or texts about extra savings on clearance😌 I dont think they like me anymore since i got a lot of items from them for practically pennies....

Did you see these on the website? I looked for the shimano slx xt and it doesn't even show up on the website.

The website isnt great, the app is the best way.

However if using website only try this.

go into search on DSG, type in what you want but dont hit search. It will pop up.

If you hit search nothing will show.

 

Take a screenshot and go to your local store and see if theres any left in stock.
