Anyone ever order from the Berkley website? They had some deeper discounts vs some of the other online tackle places and I ordered some stuff last week and its still awaiting fulfillment, almost 7 days ago. I dunno but these days I'm just not used to things taking this long before shipping. Just thought I would ask if anyone had an experience with the site.

Berkley is owned by PureFishing. Same with Abu, Fenwick, etc etc....

Ive made several orders from them, takes awhile to get orders out.

The savings ive gotten from ordering through them make up for it.

Yeah I was just surprised a week later and haven't shipped, pretty unusual in this day and age but it is what it is I guess...was hoping I would have had them by now so I could fish with them....not sure I am going to see them by the end of this week either.

That's funny, I never got the rods I ordered during this sale last year.  I ordered two.  They never made them, refused to substitute anything, and refused to refund my money.  I had to submit a complaint to my credit card company and then they refunded my money. That was AUGUST of this year.

Yeah I just got my order and it took 9 days to get it.

Funny I just posted yesterday and sent them an email since I hadn't got any updates and late last night I got a shipping notification and it says it will be delivered today...just the oddest order and shipping experience I've had. I will just keep in mind in the future that its not a quick process. Today is one week from ordering.

I received my ABU order today from black friday. They are very slow processing as someone else said, the entire pure fishing family is slow. But the deal was great so it was worth the wait!

I received my order today, looks like it shipped a couple days after I order it but they never updated anything so it was in transit but they provided no tracking information etc...must have been a glitch..

Most of that stuff should be automated with tracking etc...all I know is TW stuff goes out quickly and arrives quickly...

I live in Huntsville, AL. FedEx ground to me is the same as FedEx next day. I’m only about 4 hrs from their GA location.

My orders have literally never gone out or arrived "quickly."  Literally the opposite every time.
