Had a couple passengers on the boat today, I think they really enjoyed their ride along.

Sorry to hear that. Good news is the rehab for that is very straightforward and an excellent recovery is all but certain as long as you take it easy when you're supposed to be taking it easy.

Bingo….I ruptured the other one 4 years ago and the process was clear and doing PT in a pool accelerated it!

We went on a safari today, a new attraction in our area. There were all kinds of critters you can feed as you drive your vehicle through the area. This one was overly friendly. Needless to say once the rain stops I’ll be cleaning the inside of the truck out.

Cool!

There is a highway here in Kansas that has some huge longhorns in the pastures.  Like 6-8 ft horn wingspans.

I used to hunt out in Nebraska and every night on our way back to town there would be a longhorn in the road. We asked the rancher about him and he said, “that’s just Bruce, he hops the fence every day and hops back over at night”. That fence was 4-5’ high. Those big boys can jump if they really want to!

 lotsa beevos around here.

You can't afford land in Texas unless you have an agricultural property tax exemption - some folks run small cattle herds, emus and ostriches were big for awhile, others just keep a few beevos.

There's a federal subsidy for keeping endangered African animals, which includes most every African animal.  There's a nearby spread with zebra hybrids (w/ donkeys), which rate the federal subsidy.

Is that a regular longhorn or a Watusi? I would have guessed Watusi with the horns being that thick. There use to be a monster Watusi right off the highway on the way to one of the lakes I fish often but haven't seen him the last few times, think they might have cashed in on those massive, valuable horns and hide.

I honestly don’t know. My father in law used to raise longhorns his and every longhorn I’ve seen have the wider more narrow horns, that usually will curl up. The safari we went on didn’t have anything that identified each critter.
