Need a better quality mail-person. My gal Kathy does a bang-up job...she's been my USPS mail-person for over 20 years now. This is my BPS Master that I got back in March...still in great shape.

I was working here today. What a great dock area. I fished this lake 35 years ago , and it was pretty good.

I see the rods in the background. All the baits removed? We have 2 cats and every time I bring the rods in the house to work on them, it's playtime with the cats. Don't know what it is about fishing line with them. Like a crackhead begging for a fix.

We had one that was the same. I had one room in our last house that I used to store all my rods on the wall in holders. If I didn’t cut the line and reel it into the reel, he’d come through there like a machete and bite off every single line right above the reel. Finally I just moved them out to the garage, cause it was a pain to have to retie all the time.

She hasnt been the least bit interested in them. I keep the baits high up on the rods anyway. I keep the door shut too when I’m not there.

Oh I wish - we just lucked out and got a good one. Only 'regret' I have is that she doesn't work 6-day weeks...her off-day or vacation fill-in is terrible.

 

Keep on her good side - every Yule we leave a gift-card for some restaurant in the box for her.

The door never wants to stay shut so I’ve rigged it 100 different ways to stay closed, each time a little more haphazard than the last. All that comes in there is bills that I throw away anyhow haha

I certainly havent but those work great in the kitchen for me. Everything I’ve tried on the mailbox has been some thing I found laying around and extremely hurried ha . It’s one side of the hinge on the bottom that lost its crew and I have just been putting random things in there
