Had a couple passengers on the boat today, I think they really enjoyed their ride along.

  • After a couple of years of being used to make the new movie "TOP GUN-2" this F-18 E  has just arrived @ our facility in Jacksonville Fl. for rework, fresh paint and being returned to the active fleet.

Great .... I've had zero luck with imgur and Photobucket! How is everybody posting photos directly without a link?

Direct upload from my computer or phone using the 'Drag files here' link below - making sure the file size (or total size of all if more than one) is below 1.4mb.

Most phone image apps have a 'resize' option...on my computer, I use Photoshop to resize.

We just watched one of these fellas this morning catch a HUGE bullfrog. The frog got free a couple times but was quickly snatched up again. I sat here on the back deck with binoculars watching it swallow that gigantic frog. Now he’s hanging out on the shore probably too heavy for flight. ?

One of the other guys at the spot I was fishing would occasionally toss a sunny on the bank on our side of that water... Heronetta (yes, it's named...it's a regular visitor to that spot) would come across, eat the sunny then flap back to her perch.

Watching glow sticks on our lines on the beach in Florida last Saturday, waiting for one to dive towards the ocean.

Apparently storms rolled through last night (I slept right through them). One of my first emergencies this morning was this broken pole. The owner of the Tahoe got lucky, maybe a small dent and a scratch or two is all it received.

We had the tornado sires going off Monday. I lost power last night and one of the trees in my back yard is no longer straight. My power came on at 3:15 this morning. My kid still doesn't have power. Another round of storms coming thru tonight. We needed the rain badly. The destruction not so much.

Same here, 200,000 without power and they’re saying Friday evening for restoration. Thankfully all the power around our lake is underground and from talking to people around here power has only gone out a few times in the last 10-15 years. There’s another round of potentially severe weather hitting the lakeshore now. Looks like it might be worse in @A-Jay country.

Cells are rolling through every hour or so.

They don't last too long but certainly get my attention.

We've been losing Power as well as everything else (Cable Phone & Internet) with every other blast.

No hail yet so that's a good sign I think.

The warning is in effect until 11 pm.

Hope it blows through as forecast, I'm rigged up to be on the water first light.

Driving home from vacation this week, passing through the Smokey Mountains in Tennessee. My wife see's scenery, I see Tennessee River and wish I was going fishing instead of driving home.

Straight out of a horror film on Friday the 13th. I was sitting in my truck looking at prints and hear a tick on my window. I look over and see this big wasp and it’s clamped onto a cricket!
