Deschutes and bourbon barrel aged = The Abyss.  One of the best beers ever made.  Released in very limited quantities every year in November.  Used to come in 22oz.  Now you get a 4 pack of 12oz.  I still have bottles of this dating back to the 2008 release in my cellar.  I buy a case every year.

And Guinness is not a good beer.

I spent a bunch of money on power tools and they gave me one of those $100 free wine vouchers. I don’t live in a state where online alcohol purchases are legal but if anyone wants it DM me and I’ll send you pictures of the voucher.

Bear in mind I tend to drink light beer and fruity seasonal girly beer though.

Probably cause it's not a beer - you can't directly compare beer/lager to a stout....its' just not done.

 

Saying that - Guiness, Murphy's and some stuff @Deephaven introduced me to called 'Nitro Milk Stout' are my brews of choice....can't stand 'American P**s Water' anymore.

Glad you liked it.  Since I knew you liked other stouts thought it could work.

Finally found a bottle of Early times BIB near me for msrp so I picked it up. Never had it before.... Ill try a pour tonight.

I just wrapped up cutting my lawn so I figured I can enjoy one of these😉

Was very impressed by the Early Times BIB last night, lived up to the hype. Tonight im enjoying a penicillin cocktail, maybe a new favorite for me.

I got some water in my yeti 

I love some ice water, I usually drink a 40 oz hydro flask of water 6-8 times a day

@gimruis 😂 Yes sir that is “Georgia”, she was a gift for my daughter a few years ago from her friends who plucked her out of someone’s garbage on their way to our house 🤣
