I have upwards of 40 something frogs. I throw the same 3 90% of the time. Pad Crasher in Bullfrog, Albino Frog or Ole Smokey.

I like these too. the original is my finesse frog, the trophy i like for matts, and the booyah poppin pad crasher gets the nod the most for me, but i really like it for sparse cover or wooded shore line where i can work it in one place.

Add me to the chorus of those in favor of the Pad Crasher and Popping Pad Crasher.  They hook up well, they're not too hard to get to walk, and the price is right.

Pad crasher, and live target hollow body..

Pad crasher,

Pad crashers just work. Inexpensive and can buy them basically anywhere tackle is sold.

Pad crasher guy here too..almost said something else just so I didn't copy everybody but I'm not a liar! I've only tried 3 or 4 types of frogs but the booyahs are the best of the bunch I've tried

They're great too, but are usually referred to as 'toads'.

Difference being, a hollow-frog floats, but a solid-toad sinks on the pause (e.g. Stanley Ribbit)

Learn something new every day!  That's all I've had success with, use it like a buzzbait never really pause.....

Learn it, know it, live it.

Jackall Gavacho has produced 41 bass in 3 trips and still isn't sinking or tore up. It's about to unseat the Terminator Popping frog as my favorite.

I got one of these last year and it's great.

Seems much more durable than most of the others I have tried and walks like a dream.

I've even hooked a few of those stupid gars with it and it held up well.

I like the Gambler Cane Toad.  It's not technically a frog as I work it mostly as a buzz bait.  A big fish will often follow this bait.  When this happens, I let the bait sink as soon as I reach open water.   They suck it in and the game is on.

It's not easy to throw on a heavy frog rod. I want to like it but seem to struggle with long casts even on mgl reels. Maybe It's just not the frog you use for long casting
