Just an update. Kid fished Casitas this morning. Caught a 5 pounder and a 15" bass. Said Rich was a real nice guy and told him up front that it was going to be a tough day.

Buddy of mine has been out more often than not the last 3 weeks both in IL and WI. Saw one doe.

She is skilled. Fantastic.

I've been researching hybrid bay boats and many have optional forward facing bow seating with flip up back rests. The cushions are level with the top cap and have either raised or recessed grab rails. That being said, I wouldn't be running 60mph with bow riders. Look up haulover inlet on YouTube and check out what happens to the riders on the bow. Some people are just plain stupid.

Bring on the cold. My paycheck increases during temperature extremes. Been a very good year so far.

Tri-hulls had a reputation for not so smooth rides. There have been some huge advancements in catamaran hulls on offshore boats. Maybe some of that bled over to tri-hulls. That being said, I don't see the benefit in a 17ft boat.

What's ingenious about it? He's fishing at a spillway. You could throw a dirty shoelace at the fish and they would bite it.

I became disabled in 2012. Destroyed my left shoulder. I'm too stupid to accept my body's limitations much of the time. I do what I can and don't do what I can't.

Haven't seen it in person and don't know how much it will/does impact bass fishing. Some crazy crappie videos are available on youtube.

Jukebox....You are old Mom passed last year and dad got all his affairs in order for his time to go. All the kids have copies of the trust. I have to redo all my stuff. My will and living will was done when my son was a minor(now 31) and mom was in charge of my estate(or lack there of) as well as my DNR on the living will. I've been putting off getting everything updated for no other reason than I'm lazy about it.

I went to high school with Tony Schumacher. Wasn't great friends with him but I was with some of his buddies. We'd hang out in his garage after school sometimes and on Friday nights we'd head up to Great Lakes Drag Strip in Union Grove WI. He was running a 9 second Chevelle at 17 years old.

Tomatoes, cilantro, green bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, garlic, lime juice. I can buy all of that at the store.

I just saw your signature. Bass Lake IL. Off North Ave? Caught my first 5 pounder there a long long time ago. Brought it to a Dominick's or Jewel, I don't remember. Weighed it in the produce scales(those disappeared years ago.) Bought some breading and oil and had her for dinner.
