Zoom swimmin super fluke
I like to fish them as a Texas rig. I usually use an 1/8 ounce sinker. I have used swim bait heads with them but spent too much time getting hung up. Just my experience but they may work better for you.

Green Pumpkin Nemesis
I use a lot of Zoom soft plastics. If the water is in decent shape I have better luck with green pumpkin when it is cloudy and watermelon seed when it is sunny. I can't get a fish to look at watermelon red.

The latest sale thread
I got a $10 off a $40 purchase a while back from Cabela's. I couldn't even use it as they didn't have anything I really needed at the time.

Tailspin help
You need to disregard my earlier post. You want info on a tail spin bait and what I wrote was about an under spin. Sorry about that. I really thought I was awake when I read it.

Tailspin help
The only ones I have used are the Sworming Hornet in 1/8 ounce. I put either a small fluke or swimming fluke on for my soft plastic on it. I usually just fish them working a bank like you would with a crankbait. I have caught fish on them in warm weather when the bite was slow. Like several others have said you do need to fish them slow.

Thank you to @Smokinal and @MN Fisher. I would not have thought about this sending a notification to whoever was mentioned.

Computer Question
When posting comments on here people often mention other members. These names are highlighted to make them more noticeable. How is this done? I have no clue as to how to highlight a name in a post. I only have a vague misunderstanding of how to operate a computer anyway. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Have you got a lure you refuse to give up on?
For me it is a brand of baits. I'm trying real hard to like 6th Sense crankbaits. So far have not had much luck with them. I have been using some in shad and bluegill patterns and have only caught one White Perch. I have bought some in the colors A-Jay has recommended in some other posts. It will be a while before I get to try them.

Spinner Bait Popularity
I haven't used spinnerbaits as much as I used to for several years now. Need to start using them more. I just got back from Sportsmans Warehouse. I bought one of those gold shiner spinnerbaits in the screaming eagle version that Catt loves. Guess I'll find out in the spring if he got one over on me. I also bought one in chartreuse and white. I know it will catch fish.

Post a photo a day!
I'm glad it's you and not me. I am very happy not having that many reels to deal with. Good luck getting them all done by the time you have open water up there.

Winter Snow and Ice Storm Weekend of the 12th
It is supposed to hit here too.I don't know why it doesn't go up north. A-Jay and 12pound bass are used to it. Or it could go south to Catt. He is so far south he doesn't know what snow is except in pictures or on tv. LOL.

The Real I.D.!
We will have a choice here in Ky. Starting in March The state will have 2 different drivers license. One will be a standard license and the other one will be a real I.D. license. I don't plan to get the real I.D. I don't fly and I don't plan on being in a federal building other than a post office. I just renewed my license not too long ago anyway.
