You need to call it the Froginator.

When it is tough to get a bite I usually go through the same series of bait changes hoping something will work. I don't try new baits or techniques like I should try to get bit. I always try to stay with what has worked in the past.

I too have way to much stuff. More than I will ever use. I have way too many crankbaits, spinnerbaits and soft plastics. The Bait Monkey has really worked me over. I don't get enough fishing time in to need all of this. Maybe some day I will find a place to make some donations.

I use 12# Sufix Siege for Crankbaits, Spinnerbaits, and topwaters. I use 12# or 14# floro for bottom contact baits.

Any food wrappers or water bottles get put in the cooler. Fishing line, hooks, and other related items I put in a boat compartment and clean it all out when I get home.

Have you considered seeing a Chiropractor? I have had back problems for many years and it is no fun. I go to a Chiropractor on a regular schedule and he has done me a world of good.

One time I was fishing with my brother. He had his shirt off while fishing. I set the hook with the T rig I was using. Here comes the bait and a small bream out of the water. The fish hit my brother in the back and fell off the hook and landed back into the water.

Sounds like you need to replace those solenoids. I had an old 40HP Force motor that would do that. I replaced solenoids two or three times before I blew a cylinder in the motor.

Your doctor either has you on some meds causing these problems or you need some other meds to get your head straightened out. Don't worry. We will get you the help you need to get you back to normal.

I like the watermelon seed color. I have never done any good with watermelon red in any soft plastic in that color. I will take watermelon with black flake over watermelon red any time.

I use a 2/0 Offset round bend hook for the Ultra Vibe Speed Craw. The 3/0 might work with the Magnum Ultra Vibe Speed Craw or the Super Speed Craw. I don't like trying to use a hook so big you don't have little bit of room to play with on your plastics. I always use a slightly smaller hook instead of trying to see if I can hook it in that last little bit of plastic.

Matt Stefan has a you tube channel. He posted a video about this bait two or three weeks ago. Fishing a river in Wisconsin he caught a bunch of Pike and some really nice SMB on it. I hope to get some and try them out. If you go to http://mepps .com they show they have them in 14 colors. They will be more expensive to order them from Mepps.

Haven't had any girl scouts come by for a long time. I think Covid pretty much stopped door to door sales at least in our area.

Looks like we will get a break starting Monday. Temps are supposed to be in the 80s with a decent chance of rain every day next week.

I don't ever remember buying anything from door to door sales people. I now have a no soliciting sign on the door. I don't have a problem telling them no and closing the door on them.

Today makes the 24th day we've had of 90 or more degree temps. They say our average is 25 90 degree days a year. We have a bunch more 90 degree days coming. Now they are saying we might hit 100 or more this weekend. We desperately need more rain. The rain we have gotten hasn't helped much since the heat is evaporating it before it can do much good.
