Mills Fleet Farm has 13 fishing Omen Black 2 rods for $49.99.  Both casting and spinning.  I had to try one for that price.

You may have notifications turned off in the app.  I got a popup on my phone lock screen the other day when the discount code started.

Gotcha.  I had never tried one and read mixed reviews.  Thought I couldn’t go wrong for that price.  Will be a backup rod, but thought I would give it a go.  The company has had an intetersesting reputation here and I remembered reading it is allowed here now.  Thought I would throw it on here.  Thanks for the info.  

Dang, I was under the impression that TW was 25% off sitewide. It's only a select few items, no rods or reels I'm interested in.

Same. Definitely looks like stuff they are just trying to get rid of.

made a big deal out of this classic weekend and tackle warehouse is a big disapointment for me. no real rods or reels and the rest is stuff they cant sell

Yeah.. it's a pile of stuff that's clearly overstock/slow sellers.  Lame. 

For those looking for a good baitcast reel the Lews Mach I for under $75 is an amazing reel for a relatively low price on tackle warehouse 

For all the guys waiting on the eBay sales, other more generic deal sites such as slickdeals.net will be pretty on top of when the eBay discounts happen. If you're a 'true' bargain hunter, you gotta always monitor multiple deal sites  Just another tip...

 

And regarding the TW Classic sale, yes it seems like it's just a bunch of clearance stuff. Bummer it's not sitewide...

 

On a side note, can someone point me to / DM me a list of all the 'blacklisted' companies on this site? I feel like there are a few deal sites that aren't welcome on this forum, I just wanted to see the list so I can make sure i don't post one of them...
