My brother has been bald for 25 years. I just started losing my hair a few years ago.

fun ride and significant because that’s 7 month old hazel riding with her daddy in the red canoe. Her first boat ride!!! (She already has 2 life jackets to choose from)

Had a couple passengers on the boat today, I think they really enjoyed their ride along.

  • After a couple of years of being used to make the new movie "TOP GUN-2" this F-18 E  has just arrived @ our facility in Jacksonville Fl. for rework, fresh paint and being returned to the active fleet.

This is about 15 years of loss...I'm not to @Catt's 'level' yet...but working on it.

@Catt sporting the “High speed, low drag” look 👍. I can definitely relate because I’ve saved a small fortune by not going to the barbershop or buying hair care products over the years when I bought a Wahl electric clipper..

*those savings were then promptly spent on tackle or gas for the boat.

Last time I was at my normal shore spot - a couple pelicans paid us a visit.

Yesterday was spent retrieving the items from mom's estate either specifically left to me, or that I'd claimed from a list. Couple of them were framed prints from my Grand-Uncle...let's see if @A-Jay can fully identify them (I know what they are, just wondering if he does.)

Not much to go on there.

While I did spend some time at sea

most of it occurred after the Mayflower was navigating the globe.

Haven't committed the world fleet to memory either.

Nice pictures though.

btw - I hate blow boats.

The left one is a small chart used by CG cadets during training cruise. The ship is the USCGC Eagle - the ship that some of the cadets take their training cruise on.

Note: The Eagle is one of two sailing vessels still considered part of the active duty fleet of the US Military; the other is the USS Constitution....ya, they never decommissioned her.

I reenlistment on the Constitution when I was stationed in Boston in 85. I am quite familiar with the Eagle but could not ID her by the picture.

My garden is being overtaken by 2 pumpkin plants. The cucumbers and tomatoes are doing well. The carrots, not so much. They are not getting good sun because of the pumpkin plants. Note to self: only one pumpkin next year.

From the last 2 days of harvesting. We’re completely inundated with cucumbers, can’t give enough away.

Dobson fly and a hex?

Yes 👍

Dobsonfly above is a male (long mandibles). Here is a female that visited around the same time.
