Does anyone have any recent experience with an order from TW?  How long are they taking to ship?

If you pay for 2 day shipping it will be delivered in 2 days.  I haven’t placed and ground shipped orders from them.   

Mine have been on time using ground & 2 day.

UPS 2-Day* - No Delay
UPS Overnight* - No Delay

Placed an order Thursday, will get it today. All items were in stock though and the order was over 100.00.

They just updated their page yesterday to state they're all caught up on orders. The free $50 (non-CA) shipping estimate went from a 14 day delay as of earlier this week to just 3 days. You should be good to go.

I placed an order in the 17th and chose free shipping...it shipped on the 23rd and will probably be here monday

I ordered $55 worth of stuff from them last Saturday (18th) and got the free shipping. I was originally told it would be three weeks, then a couple days later was told it was shipped. I just looked and it shows it’s been delayed, so who the heck knows.

The 2 day shipping for $5 not be available kind of stinks. 

Ive had a few orders over the last month with no noticeable delays.

 

To avoid shipping charges, I normally wait tlll my order exceeds $50, which never takes long 

On my latest order, TW had everything in stock with one exception, 

which I replaced with an item in stock (Business as usual). 

Delivery was very prompt, and I have zero complaints.

My last order I paid $13 & some changed To get to my office in Goose Creek SC. For the 2 day shipping. So that was not to bad since my military discount most of it.

Placed an order on 7/22. Chose the regular free ground. Got an email the following day saying my order would ship 8/6. Well, I got an email today saying it shipped today, which is 10 days sooner than I expected. 

Not sure why people are having issues. I placed an order at 12:30 last night and I got a notice today at 3:30 that it had shipped, so only 15 hours later. Granted it was an almost $500 order and I paid for the next day shipping like I always do, not sure if they give priority to shipments over a certain amount. Never had an issue with them not shipping out quickly.

Ordered some items last Sunday, all in stock and then a shipping label created but still not sent out.  So they still must be running behind on some orders.

Send them an email or call them. Had a similar incident (Monday) with the label being created and never getting a UPS scan. They found the package in the shipping area. It’s on the way now.

Placed an order (about $80) on the 31st. Shipped on the 1st got here(Mass.)today with free ground shipping.

I placed an order this morning (9/8/20) and it says it will be shipped on Monday, 9/14/20 with expected arrival on Friday, 9/18/20.  Not sure why it takes 4 days to ship out as all of the items are listed in stock.  Maybe they are short on employees picking the orders and shipping them.

 

They have a 15% off sale until 5pm Pacific Time today (9/8/20).

Ordered Friday, shipped Monday, tracking says it will arrive Thursday.

Free shipping was taking two to three weeks back in June.   Better now

I ordered Friday and it won’t ship until Thursday. I’ll probable receive it middle of next week. I just ordered a few random small items so it’s certainly no biggie but it is interesting considering others will have their orders by the time mine ships and we ordered the same day

Back to normal for me. Placed an order Friday morning and another Saturday and they both arrived today.
