They say it will take a 4/0 hook, but I've found it will hold a 5/0 no problem. Griffin has been making vises for years and if a part breaks they will replace it. I think I got mine on sale for $75 and my brother picked one up for $68 during the Black Friday sales. Once you use a vise with the rotating feature you'll never use another. Thanks... it's on my list then when I go to look for one.

Baitmaker
Here's a homemade single bladebait mold and a few of the ones I've poured with it so far. These ones are powder coated. Just messing around with something different.

Mbirdsley
First run with the do-it poison tail mold. I bought the One that does the larger sizes 1/2-1oz. Mold poured really well right out of the box. Only thing I didn’t do that I want to do in the future is coat the jigs with devcon 2-ton epoxy. I did epoxy the eyes but, just used house brand 5 minute epoxy. I don’t know why the images are sideways. On my phone they are right side up

I have not ventured down that rabbit hole yet. I’ve been doing some research on it though.

Mbirdsley
Latest batch ( well some were in the last post). I literally have so many arkies, football jigs, and poison tails now it’s disgusting. The 3/4 brush jigs I bought on eBay painted green pumpkin. The football jigs I bought from cadman unpaired 2 years ago and I still have a bunch I need to paint. The arkies and poisons are mine from start to finish. That last batch of poisons I did I used devcon 2 ton epoxy as a clear coat. Stuff is pretty slick and that finish is tough As nails. It’s basically self leveling so it hides brush strokes or if you put to much on in a area Jig box is full !!!!. Most of these I have made except the 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 oz in the top left compartment
Mbirdsley
First bladed jig of the year. I planned on making 2-3 red bladed jigs plus some other colors. However, apparently I am out blades and only had one left. LPO which, is where I got them the last time is shutting their doors today for who knows how long. Found some more on eBay but, the guy is in Cali and they are locked down. Might have to get some from Jann’s

Baitmaker
A few of my latest cedar squarebills and a pic of the wood patterns that I make to trace these out. Easier for me to use these than paper or cardboard templates.
