I declare an attempt to cheat. 4oz divided by 242 oz is 0.0165289 times 100 =s 1.65 %

Ok now it’s getting weird….. I tried to change it and it won’t let me! I need a moderator 😂

no matter what I type after the equals sign it automatically enters 0.0333

I am right there with you.

The state record SMB here is half a goby poop under 10 pounds.

I might need to borrow Jake Housman's half a kayak, just to be in contention . . .

A bass boat with a cutout of a kayak mounted to the stern platform, and an inset pic of bass.

Keeping it real . . . .

Dang - I was going to post that picture.

And I live in GA now, so I'm pretty much out of the running already. FWIW, I will never touch sushi.

I may have gotten a little too excited right there.

Guess my 1.5 will have to take a backseat

I think we should also have state winners.  You're still leading Tennessee and I feel like I have a shot at beating your 1.5.

OK.

You are certainly welcome to comb through the 50 pages that this thread will most likely accumulate at the end of the year  and pick out and list each one. I will not be doing that.

So far this going a lot like when I used to fish tournaments. No tournament- load the boat. Tournament- Can’t find a fish.

Fished several ponds so far without a bite.

Boiled Brussels sprouts….. won’t do it.
My scale is a analog type, is that good enough?

Have you roasted your brussel sprouts and eaten them recently? The bitterness has been genetically bred out of them in recent times and they are nothing like my youth. More importantly, I too only have a analog scale and want in on the action this year. Will we be an asterisk?

I'm also gonna go with any fermented/pickled whole fish; lutfisk, herring, etc. Just isn't right in my mind or mouth.

@TnRiver46 That's what the reg book says.

Tuna Casserole!

Love tuna, love casseroles but Hot Tuna is a band not a meal.

It’ll be a minute but we’ll get there in the Midwest.

Boiled squash is disgusting for me. Nevada isn't really know for its bass and most rivers are targeted with fly rods or bait soakers chasing trout and carp, so im hoping to atleast catch a pb smallmouth on some bfs and spin gear. I may not beat the 8lb 11oz record for smallmouth or the 12lb largemouth, but planing on atleast getting over 2 1/2-3lb smallie and 5lb+ large mouth seems atanable to me. Still have about a month before things warm up and I can't wait!

I would never eat sauerkraut again 🤢

Finally got on the board with much effort.

Florida State Record : 17.27 pounds

Todays fish: 1 pound 3 oz . Not sure how to convert it to hundreths so …

Maybe someone can help me convert it

1.3/17.27 times 100= ? My calculator isn’t helping 🤠

I am willing to blame the wild & crazy weather we've all been subjected to nationally

for the minimal number of submissions early on in this one.

Hope it improves drastically, leading to a plethora of bug-eyed giants being loaded up here.

Good Luck

I was trying to find out the Nayarit State record and couldn't find it. Therefore because I have no state record to go by, I have decided to catch a 23 pound largemouth in order to make sure there is no controversy for a Mexican bass to win. I am currently recovering from a surgery, and will not be able to bass fish for a couple more months, but prime time is in May and I hope to land and post the giant bass then.

16 ounces to a pound. So divide 3oz by 16oz & you get 0.1875 so your total weight is 1.1875

Well, let's do this then, my friend.

Since there is no way for you to compete in a state vs. state because you're in Mexico.

How about you simply use your PB as 'the record weight".

As I recall, it's bigger than most anything posted stateside anyway.

Yeah, just do that.

Sometimes it's good to be the one making the rules.

Good Luck and if you do catch a new PB,

you'll be the first entry with more than 100 points.

Now wouldn't that be something?

As great as that is, the prize is the same.

Nothing.

😁
