Seriously, I'm a frugal angler and it kills me when stuff is overpriced.  I've come to like senkos as much as the next guy, but as is a common refrain on here - c'mon, we are talking cigar-shaped plastic here...  I was visiting family in Ontario Canada last summer and in some stores Senkos were $10+ (CDN) and regular rapalas like Husky Jerks and Originals were kept behind locked glass.  For real.

Anyway hope some of y'all get some good prices on senkos this week and remember to check they ring up properly!

They were $6.29 around here. I cleaned out all 3 of the DSG stores in my area. All had the sign up but didn't have the BOGO in the system yet honored it anyway.

I am set on senkos for a while

Hmm. This should have started by now I think. I don't see anything about it. I was hoping to get a gift card at 10% off again.

It usually starts the 4th or 5th of December. Used to start earlier but the past few years it's been the 4th or 5th,.

It thought it ran past Christmas last year starting a little bit into December. Either that or I am remembering the date the sale ended.

Just read on their FB page the 25 days of Christmas will start on December 8th. If I remember correctly, the daily deal goes live each day at 1pm central..or somewhere close to that. 

Not sure if this is for everywhere, but my local Academy had daiwa tatula spinning rods marked down to $38. Grabbed one for a new finesse setup.

Hmmm... I might have to make a run to academy to check that out. I looked at their online store and they are listed for sale but at $119.

Went to the local DSG this morning.  Senkos were $6.29, no BOGO at all.  Bummer

Yeah, I wasn't sure if it was storewide sale or if they just happened to mark all of the rods wrong somehow, which they made a big booboo if they did, but figured I'd give the heads up so someone else could get this deal if they could. 

I went to 2 different Academy stores today and they were $119. They must've mismarked them at your store. At $38 I'd have probably bought all I could carry.
