Had a couple passengers on the boat today, I think they really enjoyed their ride along.

  • After a couple of years of being used to make the new movie "TOP GUN-2" this F-18 E  has just arrived @ our facility in Jacksonville Fl. for rework, fresh paint and being returned to the active fleet.

I've had a coyote try to snatch mine before.  Never had an aerial predator try it though.  I think that hawk's stomach is over riding its brain on a meal.

I’ve had a bobcat tear my decoy apart while hunting in Florida. Happen so fast it was incredible.

This beautiful tree sits in front of our new apartment. It's a very pleasant view to come home to, even in the rain.

Gorgeous Osprey.

Our friend Tom. Either we adopted him or he adopted us, we're not sure. We throw him out a few seeds every now and again and he's been hanging around for weeks.

This is our back sliding door. We keep a couple of beds there for our cats so they can look around outside. This is Tom showing off.

I think they see their reflection in the glass.  My parents have some that hang around their basement windows at times and they act like they are competing with other males when they are facing the glass.

I've seen them do that. But in this case he was waiting for me. He's a pic I took of him the other day with me standing outside on the back steps. If I'm working outside he follows me around the yard.

I had a customer years ago that had a turkey fly into a window and shatter the glass. Then it tore the house apart and finally flew back out 😂

They can cause a lot of damage. I was headed to NY. To go turkey hunting when a turkey flew right in front of me and clipped the top of the grille then flipped over the truck. I looked in my rear view mirror and it slammed right into a State trooper and smashed his windshield. The trooper turned on his lights and pulled me over.

He then asked for my license and informed me I was getting a ticket. Shocked I asked what for. He responded to me for flipping him the bird. Got ya. 😁

Walked out this morning and found an egg on the ground next to my truck tire. I remember hearing birds fly out of the garage multiple times recently. Finally found it. Mourning dove nest. I replaced the egg and mom/dad came back and hasn’t moved since. I’ve been working in the garage all morning and he/she hasn’t been disturbed at all. Watched a few mins ago the non-nesting bird bring food to the nesting bird. I read that mourning doves incubate in pairs and that the male usually sits during the day and mom at night… Going to get one of my indoor cams to live stream this go…

That looks to be a decent size pickerel....
