After 19 years of marriage I still haven’t learned that one. I’m a slow learner. 😂

Me too, besides, sometimes ya gotta poke the bear just for the fun of hearing her roar. 😂

Had a couple passengers on the boat today, I think they really enjoyed their ride along.

We'll all sleep better tonight in middle Tennessee now that our most wanted fugitive has been captured.  Ed the runaway zebra is in custody.

I don't poke my Lioness if I can avoid it...I like my skin where it is, thank you.

Ed, good ole Ed. I was hoping he’d make a run south and hit Huntsville, but he didn’t. I had a safe house I was willing to harbor him in.

@12poundbass I live 1 town to the East from that race track and I’ll tell you I’ve never seen anything like that before.

@jbmaine Back when I was 18 I worked for a guy who’s daughter was a huge animal lover who had a friend who was a baggage handler at either O’Hare or Midway airport and she gave her an egg that was on the runway from a spill. His daughter raised a full blown turkey that she kept in a huge dog crate and that thing was so attached to her it would hop on the treadmill with her every morning. I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t see it with my own eyes and I’ll tell that bird protected her and her Pomeranian like they were it’s own children.

I raised a wild Turkey from the egg, he thought he was a 20 lb Golden Retriever. He loved for me to tote him around.

Saw an interesting critter last night at work. Some kind of mustelid being followed by a mockingbird. The pair were running all over the parking lot.

I took several pictures and videos as it was something I’ve never seen before. I’ve seen fishers, mink, martens, and otters, but this was some other type of mustelid. After some googling, I believe it’s a short-tailed weasel, also known as a stoat or ermine. If anyone has any knowledge of mustelidae please let me know what you think.

Also curious as to why the mockingbird was following it. Maybe it was just making fun of it? Sorry, I’ll see myself out.

My thought would also be a weasel.

I’ve seen them deer hunting in northern MN before. They were completely white in color.

They are carnivores so the bird is probably not happy it’s in the area.

I took this from my office in Mpls this afternoon as a severe thunderstorm was approaching from the northwest.

@gim, that looks super cool and ominous! Hopefully the storm doesn't cause any damage.

We bought a minivan to accommodate our growing family. The Ford Focus is a tight squeeze with two child-car seats in the back row. This is the first time I've ever owned two cars at the same time. It's an odd feeling:

No damage here. Just a white out of rain.
