  • My dad. He wasn't much into fishing, but I was...so he took me out when I wanted to fish someplace too far to bike.   This pic is from '67 or '68 as we're about to head to Wachusett Reservoi

  • My dearly departed father and grandfather....

  • My grandson Aiden puts more pressure on me than anyone ever has & He's just 12!   Probably half of the bassresource membership, at least those who regulars.   I especially wann

Gonna go with Chop's choice, minus the father.

Hands down for me would be Al Lindner. Best multi-species angler around, in my opinion. :)

Pretty tough to narrow it down to one person. I'll bend the rules a bit and give you my list.

1: KVD

2: Zona

3: Ike

4: Jacob Wheeler

5: @A-Jay

I've been invited to fish with one of these guys and now that life is slowing down hopefully I can check one off the list.

I like your style ~

And I can conquer.

But if Mike yells or bashes his mellon off my wind screen one time, he'll be needing to re-arm his PFD.

As for that last choice there, I don't know.

That guy's pretty shady if you ask me . . . .

My son.

I am always happy when he wants to trade the X-box for a tackle box.

2 Mark Zona

3 Greg Hackney

4 Andy Montgomery

If I can't fish with my grandfather, I'm taking Gerald Swindle.  That dude is hilarious.

My late father.

Or good ol' Bill Dance.

My dad and anyone not annoying that wants to learn or that I can learn from.

Does it have to be anyone famous? I really like fishing with my kids -- although I'm a bit peeved at my oldest one who likely got himself expelled from school today (the superintendent was not in, but I'm sure it will become official tomorrow).

My pro pick would be Andy Montgomery

My TV personality pick would be Zona

My more realistic pick would be Bassresource member Sam

My Dad. I miss him every time I get out on the water.

Ike, as long as we fish for fun and he explains a lot of stuff to me and gives me a lot of suggestions.
