I’m right hand dominant. However, I always grab the mouth of a bass with my left hand. Reason being that I’m more proficient using my right hand to remove the hooks or using pliers to remove hooks.

I fish from a kayak so I use whichever hand it's coming to. I believe I usually bring the fish to the right though. If it's big I net it.

I’m left handed, so I hold the fish with my right and un-hook with the left. 

I’m right handed, right hand goes in the mouth, left hand supports the rest.

Grab them with my left(I'm right handed) & handle my net with my left.

I hold them with the left hand, my right has the camera

Fishing with bait-caster (hold in left hand), I lip-em with my right. 

 

When fishing with spinning rod (hold in right hand), I lip-em with my left. 

 

This way I always can quickly grab the reel handle if needed. 

Right handed.
Lip, scoop or net with my right from the right side of the boat as the rod is always in my left after the cast. 
 

I switch hands from the left of the boat and do the same

Same thing you just descriped, im left handed though so I hold the bass with my right hand  and get hook out with left hand, now heres the interesting thing, I use a right handed casting reel because A I grew up with them right and thats all they had but B because as a left hander casting and retrieving with a right hand retrieve reel you dont have to switch rods with hands and u can start cranking as soon as it hits the water.

I don’t know! Never gave it much thought. Dang it, now I need to find out the next time I catch a fish, and I might lose it as a result wondering which hand will lip the bass. Being right hand dominant, I would guess the same as the OP. 
 

By the way, it is ?% inappropriate to ask a cabin fever/winter type of question in where you’d have a ton of time to think about it in the summer. I might have to report this topic to Glenn or one of the mods.  ??

This is the same way I am. I use my net a lot in my kayak though. A bass flopping around on the floor of a boat with a hook in it's mouth is a lot different than a bass flopping around the floor of a kayak with a hook in it's mouth. I had one almost put a bladed jig hook in the back of my calf when I dropped it and it started flopping, something I hadn't really considered until it happened.

Seriously, like many others, I am right handed so I typically grab them initially with my left.

I’ve always held the fish with my left hand so I can unhook it with my right hand.

Either or.  Though if the hook is going to be tough to remove, I'll lip the fish with my left hand so my right can remove the hook.  Sometimes that requires switching hands.  

 

I fish from a kayak, so I usually lip them out of the water.  If they're too big to swing in, or have a mouth full of treble hooks, I'll grab them by the belly or back.  If they're big enough, I've been known to tuck them under my arm like a football.  Just make sure to start them off further back and pull them forward into position so their scales and fin spines get pushed down, and tilt them slightly forward so they won't back up on you.

Same hand same reason.

I grab with either but use my right to remove the hook. Both thumbs are always well chewed after a good day

From a seated position, it's left hand on left side of boat and right hand on right side of boat. 

It's easier for me to Torque the fish to my hand without reaching over the rod.

I'm left handed. Grab the fish with my right hand and unhook with my left. I don't have much issue switching that up though if need be.
