Spinnerbait opinions wanted

Writers sometimes suffer from writers block and I am currently suffering from spinnerbait makers block.  Figured I would ask the masses here what they think. Not sure of what blades to go with on this bait? I have a couple options in my head but wonder what others would go with so I figured I would ask.

I'd go with a Colorado at the end of the wire, followed by a Willow.

Looks like something that needs thump and flash.

I’d go with small Colorado as the inside and a willow, maybe hammered silver blades.

For a little thump, flash and color, I'm thinking small Red Colorado on the inside and a Chartreuse Indiana on the end.

That looks like a deep runner. Use nickel blades; they'll be dark at depth. That will make the fish focus on the skirt.                     jj

Thinking about chartreuse blades with silver glitter right now.  Tried to paint some last night but the glitter paint was way too thick to spray even after reducing it.

I would like gold or chartreuse blades paired up with that skirt color. The arm looks longer so I am partial to two blades for that. Very pretty lure, nicely done sir

I like it and the body style.  I would throw that with double willow gold front and silver back.  I would like it for smallmouth on a low light day with choppy surface.

Just sent it to me so I can see it in person and I’ll get back to you :)

I like the idea of a small gold Colorado with a gold willow on the end

^^^^^^^^ This would work well in my area. Also I'd consider having both blades in chrome.

Looks like it needs a pair of gold blades, either Colorado or willowleaf.

I was thinking along those lines also. Maybe a nickel or black Colorado up front and a chrome/chartreuse willow on back.
I find that willow blades that are only painted on one side don’t hold their attention as much and you don’t get them hitting the blades, which happens a lot to me when using all chartreuse blades.

I bet that would be a good in some dirty water with a white painted blade and a chartreuse painted blade.  Could you make some painted colorado blades to put on there?

Thats something I would use in the spring or muddy water . A 5 gold willow with a 2 chrome Colorado is what I like then .

Silver willowleaf inside, gold willowleaf outside.

Throw that around Bream spawn

Having that flo-red colorado 'kicker' blade on there is just killer....especially in early spring.  It was no surprise to me when Edwin Evers used one to help win the classic on my home lake (Grand Lake).  Edwin's bait (war eagle) and my Red River spinnerbaits run a #4 gold willow on the end to help it run a little deeper.
