40th birthday today. Girlfriend asked if I feel 40...I said my mind feels 20 and my back feels 60 so 40 is about right. Mixed responses at work when they asked how old I was...the guys in their 50s said you lucky bas$%&+...the guys in their 20s said jeez old man. Gonna have a nice relaxing evening...eat like a hog, sip a little whiskey and watch Yellowstone.

it was mine back on the 22nd. I'm officially in my 50s now. I feel like kid after the horrible 45 mins after I wake up. You have around 5 more years before everything stops working and you feel truly broken. Keep fit man. I still skate pools and half pipes. Started bombing hills a few years ago as well. Stay young by acting young, but use your wisdom to back out of things you can't do. Sounds contradictory, but don't stop doing, just do it smarter. 

Belated Happy B Day youngun. Just wait till you hit 75, not much works the same as it did even 10 years ago. Gettin old isn't for sissies..Take care of yourself while you still can.
