I'd say the mh+ is fast, and the upper 1/3 of the rod has a nice curve. It's like a loomis 893.5

Did you purchase this spool yet? After the little bit of looking into the spool it appears it’s not as shallow as I was anticipating which actually makes me even more intrigued. I’m interested in comparing the weight vs the stock spool if anyone knows.

I like it, but everything feels minor after a day on Monday pendulum-casting my 14' Zzeta ZZiPlex conventional rod.

Scooped up a good deal on a used Dobyns champ 705cb. Prob didn’t need it haha. But I could use a second jerkbait rod and I know it’s good for spooks too. Gave me a good excuse to buy a new tatula elite as well lol

Saw a new 24 Tat for $64 a few days ago, and didn't grab it, but should have, just to do an in depth comparison against the zillion for a whole season.

From Canada, so no lol. Normally, we pay 15% in custom duties, but when shipped with Japan Post, customs end up being like 6%, so it's great🙂

Yup. Anything under $100 is very minimal if they get you. My last scorpion just cost me $9.95 from Canada post for handling fees. Didn’t get hit with any other taxes this time. However the last 2 scorpion DCs arrived together and cost me $32.98 for handling fees and taxes.
