If I ever get to fish the NE I'll fill out my Bingo card.

Your buddy, good ol' Hank Parker, YouTube's Old Lady Angler, and Ol' Swampy would all be happy to guide for you.

I've bass fished in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Maine, and Ontario. Ontario was the best fishing.

its a pacu.  the strongest fish i have ever fought.  i caught it on the Tambopata river in Peru, after we "bribed" some river officials with a grocery bag of twinkies.   the reel was held onto the rod

  • Pretty much every state in the SE, midwest, SW, and NW.   I fished a ton in Alaska, but not for bass (they don't have bass).   If I ever get to fish the NE I'll fill out my Bingo card.

Every time I drive down to visit my daughter & son-in-law (and especially my grandkids!) in the USMC off-base housing units in Beaufort, SC (aka Parris Island), I drive over Lake Marion on I-95.  What a gigantic lake, full of bass, crappie, bream, etc...  I want to pull over somewhere and toss in a line! 😎

I have been bass fishing for almost 63 years.  The journey started in NJ when I was at Boy Scout camp and continued for several years in Jersey.  Then in Missouri when I went to college there.  Then Ohio for several years, fishing Lake Erie and surrounding smaller lakes.  In 1973 I moved to south Florida and the bass fishing got serious!  I still live in Fl. and have fished a lot of its great bass lakes including Okeechobee, Poga, Placid, Stickmarsh, Orange, Toho.  Over the years I have fished from Maine to Florida on the east coast.  I have fished shallow swamps, deep mountain lakes in the Carolinas, some rivers and streams.  Since retirement I  fish at least 6 days a week but not as often from the boat now.  A few of my fishing buddies have either passed away, or just gave up fishing altogether.  I can’t even begin to estimate the number of large mouth, small mouth, peacock, snakeheads, and exotics of all kinds I have caught.  It has become my form of relaxation, and tranquility and I still love it.  I compare it to gambling because you never know how the results will be that day.  I’m a fishing addict and have been most of my adult life!!!!!!!!!

Florida and Georgia. I may have bass fished a little in NC as many times as I went there to see family.
