Picked up a Garage Sale Sack from 6th Sense. Great value, not thrilled about the Draw/Trace colors, but they're work. I also picked up the Contender Jr bundle from Karls, and I've already caught a solid 4.5 on the bluegill pattern. Not a huge fan of Googan, especially their hard baits, but these things definitely work. They work so well that I went ahead and bought the larger size in both Baby Bass and Bluegill, also from Karl's because they're reasonable there. TBH, I do not believe these things are quite worth $20, but they do work.

It’s the most expensive lure I’ve ever bought (so far). I use the Heddon Boyo and Puppy for smallies, so I figured this bait would be right up my alley. I haven’t thrown the Shower Blows, but I like it! It sounds good, looks great, and exudes a fish-catching aura. Waiting for warmer water to try it out.

You will not regret it... you can walk the SBs so fast back and forth and they will nearly sit in place at the right cadence, fish cannot stand it walking in place like that without leaving fast like a spook or whopper plopper. Rerange was a great pick too.

I thought Storm did away with their Arashi line? That’s a surprise for me.

Those Bitsy Bugs produce awesome fish, especially if you live near Spots.   Big Spots just seem to love finesse jigs.

Thanks, obviously a noob. Was trying to compress to fit the filter and went a little overboard.

Hopefully this one displays

That Crush Flat at the top left drives bigger fish nuts.   Has a fantastic tight wobble, bounces off cover nicely, and has fantastic hooks.     You bought lots of good baits.   I have the Trace too.

Did your swimbaits come in a standard worm bag or packaged in a tray? The ones I ordered in the past came in a tray. I don't recall any being bent but, as I think I mentioned a while back, I don't have much luck with swimbaits and don't use them much. I'll try to dig them out later today and check.

They came in a tray and then in a bag. After further inspection, there's definitely more that aren't bent than are bent. Here are a few that are bent.

Just put them in some hot (not boiling) water for a bit, then lay them out...they'll straighten.

My contribution to the economy…

The 2 Fenwicks were part 1 of 4 pure fishing orders. The Psycho sticks were bought in October and the 7’2 H Legend Glass was from Black Friday.

And if you’re wondering, yes, I did buy the wife and kid something for Christmas too lol!

I've always heard this but never tried it. How long do you recommend?

I do mine about 10-12 minutes...and just use tap water, hot only, depending on what your water heater is set to...mine is at 140.

The 4th and final Pure order... thankfully it was the smallest too. haha

The Garage Sale Sack has become a yearly thing for me. For $100, I think you get your money's worth. I wouldn't have chosen those colors for the Trace/Draw, but those two combined are already $100. I try to avoid 6th Sense the rest of the year, but their paint jobs are hard to resist.

I've only done it once, but it was effective.  Boil water, take off burner and on simmer, wait a min or two for water to be not rolling, bait in tongs, swirl around 10-15 seconds, take a look, repeat if necessary, lay them on a towel.

Did you get any of the GrandeBass swimbaits? A lot of mine had pretty bad bends in the tail. Not just the very end (paddle part) like you see with a lot of these type baits, but like the middle of the tail section.

I had one pack of swimbaits in this last order that finally arrived yesterday and some, but not all, had that same problem. Maybe 3 or 4 in the pack to various degrees but not quite as bad as the pictures you posted earlier.

I pulled out a couple of bags I'd received back in September and they all looked good.

Last order of the year and my first A-rigs.

Hope I can put them to use next year. I'm going to keep it light (California style 3 jigheads on the bottom and center, 2 dummy baits with centering pin springs on the top) and throw it on the old 875 MossyBack and a Curado K.

Update:

It's 4:25 PM local time, I got back from the office about 45 minutes ago.

Am I going fishing this week? No.

Even if I were, was I going anywhere I'd throw this rig? No.

Did I have better things to do in between work Zoom calls, like load the dishwasher and get ahead on stuff around the house so I can just relax after dinner? Yes.
Did I do those things instead of rigging this thing up with upgraded split rings, CPS springs, and the TB Finesse heads just to see what it looks and feels like? Absolutely not.

My PF orders, a small TW order and Grande Bass swimbaits/Air Tail Rattlers. Oh, and a few rods from two JDM companies I never tried before. Major Craft Benkei and Legit Design Stand Out. Can't use them yet but both rods feel and look great. Wasn't sure what reel I was gonna get for the Benkei, then remembered I had a Lew's LFS that was rodless...and bonus, it just so happens to match up nicely with the gold accents.

Some of these Berkley baits I absolutely didn't need. A few I haven't fished before but figured I'd give them a shot at that price.

Very Merry Christmas for you!!  I was thinking of doing a photo spread like that when my final PF order arrived later this week, but you did yours so well, I don't think I can compete.  I'm kind of wishing I had picked up some line, that's one area I didn't venture in to.  Good luck with it all and hope the new stuff works very well for you.

Thank you, to you as well!

And we wanna see all pics/purchases here! Whether it's one bait or 100, they're all created equal. ;)
