Not giving me the coupon, bummer. The one thing to note is that these are being sold by Amazon and not Dobyns, not sure what that means in regards to warranty but something to think about.

I would have to assume that Amazon is an authorized reseller. Most warranties cover authorized resellers…

Eh warranties can be odd, I sent an email to Dobyns and asked the question. Will post back when I get a response.

Ive been looking at all the delta edge rods and really makes my head swim. They look like really nice rods, but I don't want broomsticks and they have so many different actions hard to really know but they look like really nice rods.

I have two EDGE Rods (both spinning rods)- Delta FSS MRB 705-1S and Delta FSS MRB 744-1 --- I would compare them favorably to the Evergreen Combat Sticks I have (which are in the $229 price range) -- so for $99 (I think I paid $119 during a sales event) I believe they are an excellent value for the price --- I may just have to take a look and possibly order another one (hey, wait, how did the Bait Monkey take over may hands and make me type that !!!) -- Please note that the rods may take a long time to get to you, I waited quite a long time for the first two rods, yet I went in knowing that and accepting that -- the rods are an excellent value at that price point

I've gotten a couple of rods from Edge. First one took five months and the second one over six months to receive them.

Oof, I know they can take awhile but many thats a stretch. Were they worth the wait?

Even for rods that are "in stock" if so I will pass on this otherwise great looking deal..

The rods I ordered did not take 5/6 months - more in the 3/4 month range (they were not in stock when I ordered them and EDGE was upfront in letting me know the next run of those rods was not scheduled for a bit) - yet I purchased them knowing that it would be a wait (and that the lakes here in MN would be frozen solid during my wait time, so even if I had them I would not have been able to use them) - so for me they were well worth the wait due to what I see as a very good value for the dollars spent (on an American made/manufactured rod, which is a plus in my eyes) - it all depends on what you value/what is meaningful to you - I could have bought another Evergreen Combat Stick yet chose to buy two EDGE rods for what it would have cost to buy one Combat Stick - if you know the wait time is going to drive you nuts/make you mad/cause you to stress out, then avoid it - it has worked well for me (enough so that I am considering purchasing another EDGE rod during this birthday sale) yet it might not work for everyone - as with many things in life YMMV (and I believe on the website it states that rods purchased during this sale will take a while to hit production/be shipped, so they are being upfront that there will be a wait time to receive the rods)

Received email from customer service and they said the warranty would be honored if bought from Amazon.

Maybe I am missing something but I do not see a Kadon for $69...I just looked and its 129 at least for me.

Yeah lucky you....no coupon in site for me...with the discount would be interesting at the normal price I think I would rather order something from Edge and just wait...

More of a gamble and not a sale. Ordered a 13 fishing envy black 3 rod from Amazon (marked down to $135). Packaged came today. Had 18 of them in it. Some with broken tips but salvageable, most were perfect. Maybe I caught some guy on his last day there; who knows. The packaging was horrible. Even though the dobyns rod I ordered came in a tube. Regardless. Tight lines

That's called the Amazon lottery, every now and then they just grab an entire wholesale bundle and ship it out as a single item. I've seen guys get cases of penn reels, cases of hard baits etc. I've gotten 5 packs of jackhammers a couple times and some bundles of soft plastics when ordering a single pack.

Anyone have a good link or discount for Vision 110s? Particularly the 110 +1s? Seeing if there is anything out there or might just have to wait for TW's memorial day sale.
