Synthetic motor oil?

Overrated. Ive run plain dino oil for 5,000 miles and high dollar synthetic for 5,000 miles and didn't notice a difference. Not in color when changed, not in cooling, not in anything.

This is very true with Cajun food.  In my experience only Cajuns can cook Cajun food.  Even people who trained under the finest chefs in New Orlean can’t cook a decent meal if they ain’t Cajun.   Anyone can make a good pizza.  It might not be world class but it will still be darn good.  With Cajun food it’s either out of this world or almost uneatable.

The vast majority of Chefs & restaurants in the Greater New Orleans area are Creole.

 

Creole & Cajun cooking are not the same. Creole cooking to put it simply is recipes that were created by chefs on plantations or in restaurants. Cajun cooking simply put is what we eat at home every night.

Wal-Mart overrated simply because I always , I mean always , cant even get down the aisles because oblivious people dont know they are blocking it . Makes my blood boil .

Amazon?

Amazon is over rated. I use them but definitely don't think they hung the moon. Sometimes when I find a product I like on Amazon I will see who the company is that sells it and look them up and deal directly with them so they will make more money and I can deal with a real human instead of a robot. 

 

Over or under rated - Yeti 

I consider Yeti overrated, at least in terms of value for price, but...

 

I have several Yeti products, all received as gifts, from the 10oz. tumbler to the Backflip 24 backpack cooler.  They are all very high quality and very functional (although cheaper products frequently beat them in comparison testing).

 

I don't think they are necessarily worth the asking price, but I sure am happy with the Yeti products I have!

Being married to a full-blooded French speaking Cajun lady from Eunice, LA, I can assure you that Cajun food is not over-rated. That little lady can flat out cook.
