That ONE LURE

Featured Replies

You only get one lure. What is the one that you are most confident you can get many Bass on in a River, Stream, Pond, Lake, Huge Lake, pretty much any body of water?

Ned rig with a TRD

I would say a strike king spinnerbait or berkley power worm

This topic comes up every year and overwhelming consensus is always the same; #1 soft plastic worm, #2 jig,

I had a Rattletrap that outperformed everything including other Rattletraps. Full of teeth marks and the paint scraped off of it. Lost it some time ago.

Swinghead Jig is my current goto.

Buy a new Rattletrap, take the hooks off, cast and retrieve down the street for a half hour, then find a puppy and let it chew on it for 15 minutes and you’ll have your old rattletrap back.

You’re welcome!

I have two.  Need rig or a Texas rigged pit boss.  Either one pretty much any day.

When all else fails a light weight Zoom  finesse worm shakyhead.

Jig with a chunk trailer or a craw trailer.

Alright you son of a gun where can I get em? Taking your word for it because just sayin that is a pretty insignificant looking creature bait. But then again it has the same essential design as a z hog, which is a deadly bait

Try a pit boss on a swing head jig. You're welcome.:)

Senko with an offset 1/16th oz jig  head works everywhere for me. And I always have the option of wacky rigging it. In Green Pumpkin.

Soft plastic worm of some kind for sure. Not exactly how I prefer to fish but if I only get one presentation that’s what I’m taking with me.

I am taking a swim jig with a beaver
