Finally found suitable new storage for my soft plastics. These came at a semi decent price and fit quite nicely in the Pro-V Bass.

Do they seem well made? I’m not familiar with the company and after seeing this I looked around and see they have clear bags as well. My Bass Mafia clear bags got a little bit toasty and are not 💩 so I need to replace them.

These are decent. My pic is of the "side" of the bag.

Which is how I'll stow them in my rig

and why I labeled them in that manner.

I went with the "standard" size and it's Plenty big enough for my needs.

I purchased 8 bags and got an additional 4 free.

The New England Fishing Expo is this weekend .... I think it might be an expensive trip.

Pretty stoked on the new big jig/pitching setup. Just got this xtasy 755 and zillion sv tw. My first xtasy and man it’s nice. Got a 706cb as well and a new coastal sv 150 to go on a 736 for frogs and flipping. I’ve been busy trying to get back into conventional. As I would say is a theme of this forum…..the bait monkey wins again 🤣

My boat dealership where I got my boat had their open house today so I figured I'd go down and get me some gear. They had TATSU for 20 bucks a box but only had 6lb left by the time I got there. 10 bucks a box on abrazx and invisx and lots of custom lure guys there. I picked up some finesse jigs, a few bladed jigs and some plastics I've been needing. Met Timmy Horton(I'm the old fart on the right, my oldest son on the left), Hank Parker(He's here every year), Bryan Thrift, and Matt Airy

Great collection of old Pro’s. Always nice to see them still out passing on knowledge.

Hank Parker is the absolute picture of a southern gentlemen. TBH I was a little starstruck when I met him for the first time a few years back but he is surprisingly easy to talk to. Makes you feel like your talking to your Grandpa and not a fishing legend.

I agree, I met him many, many (35/40) years ago and then again later and he was the same person. Genuine guy, as most of them are.

It was an expensive trip to the New England Fishing Expo yesterday. I came home with a new swimbait rod and drop-shot rod from Douglas Outdoors, a new finesse spinning rod from Fish Xtreme, a new Lews Super Duty 300, and HyperMag spinning reel.

Berkshire Bass' booth had just about EVERY Megabass Vision 110 color ( @A-Jay might have emptied them out), so I picked up a GP Saffron. I also picked up a few more Beast Coast Open Water Sniper jigs I hope Spring smallmouth like.

I'd like to thank @bwillis , @cadman , and @venom for buying most of my old reels. It made it easier to rationalize buying more stuff I really didn't need. Thanks again guys.

Walmart had their baits/lures on clearance....

Bought a 6th Sense 9" Draw Glide for $20 in 4k shad normally $49.99. Would i have bought it for normal price, no, but i figured $20 was too good to pass up. ight go back and get the Gold color for the same price. They also had the 7ich Nessie (hitch color) marked down to $4.

Time to put some older-stock Fuego CTs on Marketplace. Still have a couple of newer ones in case I need a different ratio in the water. Just ordered these two beauties:

DAIWA 21 ZILLION SV TW 1000
DAIWA 25 TATULA SV TW 100XH

The Zillion will go on my dedicated bladed jig and spinner bait rod, once I can compare the TTEL721MHRB vs TTEL741MHRB-G vs Non-Glass model.

The Tatula SV TW is going on my new TTEL751MHFB. This season will be the first time using the SV spool.

The last tackle purchase I made was 3 Buckeye Lures jigs. I got two black football jigs and a white swim jig. I actually caught a 2lber on one of the football jigs today. Amazing prices, but I couldn't say the same for the paint on the heads.

Scooped a couple from the recent frozen shad release.

Already opened a topic on the PD Choopers but I thought I would post all of what the Monkey got me for. I also got some custom spinnerbaits made but the guy who made them asked me to keep his stuff quiet. Says he's too busy as is. Hope they work as good as he claims.

I think the plastic from 6th Sense might be my new favorite, especially the Congo Craw.

Don't know yet. I just got them and my lakes are still frozen. I have high hopes.

Out of the package though, they are a well made jig and they have two rigging options. You can rigged your trailer the regular way, by threading it on or you can use the twist lock it has on it and make it weedless. Pretty cool.

Wasn’t gonna buy anything else for spring. But fleet farm had buckets of clearance. $13 went pretty far

Gomexus TPE handle and knobs came in from AliExpress, digging the extra leverage over the smaller stock knobs.

Was thinking of grabbing a couple for my deep cranking rods. No issues with tariffs coming thru customs??

No tariffs from AliExpress, but I did get hit up $100 CDN, on $660 CDN by FedEx on my Digitaka order.
