Checked both our Dicks for the 5 for 5 and was pretty disappointed. Oh well......I don't need anything but Spring to get here. I'm ready to spend more time on the water.

Just wanted to drop in and say hi to you all. I'm not as active 'round these parts anymore. Haven't bought anything in about 5 month. Haven't had the boat out in almost 5 months. Really sucks, but it'

Are BPS spring classic deals online or in store only? I’ve only ever gone the first night with the old man and never tried to buy online. Interested in some baits

Stay away from Dihydrogen Monoxide. It's a chemical that can corrode many metals, can cause death if inhaled, causes skin damage if left in contact for too long.

Has California banned it yet? They should based on their past banning of 'dangerous' chemicals.

This is hilarious.  they do lack that compound in Cali ......

I guess it's just being in the Chicago suburbs, but NONE of the sporting good stores around me have a very good selection of fishing gear...went to Dick's a couple weeks ago and their "5 for 5" was limited to an endcap with Lunkerhunt Kraken hard body frogs (already sold out) and a bunch of $12 umbrella swimbait rigs. Walmart is extremely limited while Bass Pro and Cabela's are mostly house brands (if you want any real variety of sizes/weights/actions/powers) and expensive. 95% of my gear is purchased online in general these days.

I have 2 Dick's that are somewhat near me. One is pretty bad. It has one level. The other one has 2 levels and has a pretty decent selection. Nothing too crazy tho. You have Fleet Farms (not Farm & Fleet) down there? Ours up here are pretty impressive. Especially the newer ones.

typically the online classic starts after the in store classic ends.  not all the same deals though.  the rod and reel trade are in store only but they can order you a rod or reel that they dont have in stock.

Ok cool thanks. I’ve usually gone down for the classic but since there’s nothing I can’t live without I was hoping to just order some stuff. I’ll wait and see if what I want will still be on sale.

Nice! Where is it located? Is there still a Farm & Fleet on Stoughton Rd.?

We have Farm & Fleet; no Fleet Farm.

North of Madison right off 90/94 at Highway 19. Yes Farm and Fleet is still there too.

"Outlet Bait and Tackle has a 53% off sale going on selected items.  Lots of War Eagle spinnerbaits included- come out to about $2.80 each."

Thank you. What a deal. I bought enough spinnerbaits to get a free War Eagle hat. Okay, I bought 15. And some skirts. And with $4.95 shipping it was still less than $50. The package arrived today. Most of my favorite colors and sizes, too.

I took advantage of the sale myself. Also picked up one of those novelty Bass Mailboxes for $50 from there as well.

d**n this thread. Went to outlet B&T and ordered a pack of 3” & 4” Berkeley injured fish. After ordering a 13g shiner swim bait from Ali express along with a fake 11g mega bass dark sleeper.

I plan on using more swimming fish next season instead of the cranks, worms & craws I usually throw.

I bought the 6 pack with the free black shirt. Kind of disappointed that half of them were 1/4 ounce but still a good deal.

Plat has the Tatula for 117 USD shiiped

If you like ugly white rods, a couple models of Duckett Ghosts are bogo at ALF right now.  Not really a Duckett fan myself but $99 for 2 rods seems like a pretty good deal.

You are limited to 2 sizes, 6'10" Medium/Fast and a 7'3" Heavy/Fast...still, awesome deal for 2 quality rods. Perfect deal for an angler on a budget!!!

Navionics is having a renewal sale thru the 28th. Renewals are $49.99 during the sale. Can switch plans it looks like.

I almost pulled the trigger on that deal, but was wary of not getting what I wanted in the baits
