Hahaha, I knew someone would take advantage of that. I would have been all over it myself if I hadn't already gotten a 200 a couple months ago. 

Presidents Day Sale at DSG and F&S. It's "un-presidented" as I said in the morning meeting and received a applause of groans. We've got like 50-75% off apparel and footwear clearance, but only 30% off fishing clearance. Although it stacks with an employee discount.

We've got a Stradic 1000 for like $100 and some Quantum Tour MGs for $115. Unfortunately, I don't need a 1000 size or to spend $100.

DSG has a pair of 580p green mirror for $99. Seen a couple of good Costa sales but rarely any green or green mirror lenses. Pretty good deal. Steep and Cheap has some pretty good buys right now too.

Found Strike King tour grade tungsten weights at Wal-Mart for 5 bucks.That's like 3 bucks cheaper than BPS.

The Walmart near me. Had vmc hooks sk tungsten and a bunch of other stuff on clearance needless to say i stocked up ha might hit the one across the river too 

Just got a DSG flyer yesterday and it looks like they have 2 of the 110 ducks on deal for 25. Plus there is a 5$ rebate for every 25 spent on savage gear lures. So basically 2 for 20

Welp i managed to find a Brand new Megabass FX60 Viola just for 265$. I bought it and should be coming soon....

 

Might as well start contributing.  Academy sports has FC Sniper for 15 bucks a 200yd spool. Looks they they are clearanced at $21 but scanned at the price scanner and came up $15 and change

Everyone's talking about the amazing deals at walmart... Mine (okc nw expwy) has garbage items on clearance. The only halfway decent deal is a craw color ratl trap for $4. I didn't buy anything

Same here all garbage or samplepacks ... They do have the same bucco rods on clearance from last year marked down a hole whopping $2 from 129

My WalMart (NorCal/Bay Area) only has some line and no-name rods on clearance, so it looks like your mileage will vary!

BPS in STL has Cordell Super Spots on sale in the bargain bin for two bucks a pop. Limit 5. Mostly chrome and crawdad colors. I stopped in on the way from work, and I am going back after dinner.

I can confirm this in my area.  I've been in several of these stores since this came up on the thread.  For the most part, prices on many baits and some lines and accessories are "good" - reduced by around 10-40% - common examples are Norman Fat Boys for $4.50, silver Rapala No.8 Flat Raps (where they have them) for $5, certain Yumbrella Rigs (e.g. the 3-wire for $7), and Bomber Square A's for $3.  Good prices, but selection varies and not earth shattering.

 

But whoa - if you are looking for Hula Grubs (in some colors) for under $1/pack or Booyah Boo Teasers for $1, overstockbait.com has them on sale until some time on Wednesday.

My Walmart had Pflueger Trion combos on sale for $35 in their clearance section. All of them were in a big Rubbermaid trash can, banging around together. No thanks. I like to put my own scratches on my reels thank you very much.
