Yeah and it only applies to a select list of sellers - it isn't site wide.

Academy has Rage Tail Craws and Menaces for $3.49 a bag :o that beats TW's 30% off strike king that they do on black friday!

Everyone should make sure and check your order as soon as it comes in.  I bought like 15 bags, and they shorted me 2 bags of different colors. Customer service said they're no longer in stock for order online, so I had to get a refund.

Is Tackle Warehouse having their sale? I haven't seen anything yet.

For you swimbait guys, Outlet Bait & Tackle has some BIG baits by Throwback Fishing Lures. Obvious they were copying the MS Slammer & the wood Lunker Punker - all less than $20.00 each. I was surprised when I received them. They came in a very nice heavy display box with a die cut insert for the bait plus a spare tail. Finish is very nice & hooks are VERY sharp.

The Slammer style bait has the wrong pic but it is the more expensive one.

Just checked - prices have been lowered for the 4th Sale.

i considered this, but from the reviews on that line, it may not be worth it even at $50....

I've been using it for a few years on spinning gear and like it really well. Not sure why folks seem to have an issue with it, but I'd tend to point towards user error.

Where did you see this? I can't find any Rage Craws on their site.

Weird. I guess the sale ended because the menaces are back to full price. And yeah i guess they sold totally out of rage craws

Almost bought a Revo Rocket for $135, got the monkey off my back. What a steal though.

Care to share where.....

I know it isn't a "deal" per-se, but I see threads asking about where to get the best deals on rod sleeves and most all of the recommendations come in at places that are ~$6-8 each.

Most of these specialty place's sleeves look identical to those I see on wish.com: web portal for all types of cheap junk - but, they also have rod sleeves.  If you dig around, you can find 170cm sleeves for $3 shipped, if you're willing to wait 10-14 days for them to show up.  I ordered a dozen for $36 which covered what I needed, and left me some spares for the eventual bait-monkey purchases.  Also bought a 300yd spool of 15lb spectra braid for $7.

Daiwa Tatula CT 100XS, 8.1:1 at American Legacy Fishing are $50 off and being sold for $79.

Yep, use code FREEDOM17 for %20 off.  Not sure if it's still going, if it is there isn't much time left.

DSG has a "Cyber Monday In July" sale tomorrow online only. 20% off everything I believe.

Curious how they're going to adjust some things that are already marked down.  Right now they have the Abu Orra SX combo marked down to $79 from $129.  I fish 2 of these setups and they've been really nice for the ~$100 I got mine for.  For $79 for the combo it's a steal.  I've been looking for a deal on a Orra Winch - but if these are on sale tomorrow for another 20% off, I'll deal with a 6.4:1 ratio - I don't even need another 7' MH rod, but it's basically a freebie.

Welp, looks like the price didn't change, so I bit the bullet.  $10 oversize shipping charge took a little of the premium out of the deal, but oh well.  Added 8 packs of Powerbait worms on the 4 for $10 deal, and I'll fill out the rebate form (Valid thru 7/12) for each group of 4 to get that $20 reimbursed.  $100 for rod, reel, and $40 worth of worms. I won't complain.

I'm sure the title got your attention which is good because Dick's has a Flash Sale going on today.  Some fishing stuff up to 50% off.  The Pflueger spinning reel is about $10 off and selling for $49 but the best deal is the Pflueger combo that's selling for the same price.  I'm sure the rod isn't that great but you're basically still getting the reel on sale and the rod for free.  Fantastic deal.

I think the majority of everyone here agrees that the Pflueger spinning reel is the best one for your money, especially if you're just getting started fishing.
