What should I get? Seaguar invizx or sunline super fc sniper for braid to fluoro leader? 

I just use Berkeley Vanish 

I feel like the Sniper FC is a little bit stronger and has a bit more abrasion resistance than Invizx.

 

On the other hand, I feel like Invizx is slightly more manageable, and supple.   

 

Both seem to have about the same stretch, and sensitivity.

 

For leader material, the Sniper FC would be my pick.

Accurate

For fluorocarbon leader than will never be touching the spool, the only thing I really care about is strength. No point in messing with malleable, low-memory fluorocarbon if it’s never going to see spool. I use Yo-Zuri HD Carbon leader material. Strong, wirey, and perfect for fishing around wood and rock. 

Im with @Susky River Rat on Berkley Vanish, its very affordable and does what i need. Only time i use fluoro is when im using it as a leader connected to braid while fishing a ned rig for smallmouth (mainly) in rocky areas.

80% of anytime im fishing them i will eventually get the open hook stuck under a rock and end up breaking off, several times a trip. 

Ive caught tons of largemouth and smallies on it, even my PB smallie of 4lbs and havent had a bass complain about the line not being expensive enough.

But if you are going 100% fluoro the whole spool then im sure the expensive stuff is worth it.

@MediumMouthBass agreed. i also think the vanish as good abrasion resistance which is what I am after. I used good stuff for main line. 

When Berkley introduced Vanish it performed so poorly they had to reintroduce as Improved Vanish the fishing market hasn’t overcome being poisoned with vanish. Berkley then introduced 100% Fluocarbon line that is .001 to .002 larger in diameter per lb then both Seaguar and Sunline FC line.

Basicaly labeling 12 lb test line 10 lb test and fooled some anglers. 
Both InvisX and Sniper are formulated to be main line with less memory for improved casting. Leader FC has higher memory and more abrasion resistance.

You use Sniper for leader especially if it’s also your main line.

Mono has better knot strength and abrasion plus less expensive.

Between the two mentioned,  Sniper. I like Invizx but not for leader.  With that said,  I would use Seaguar Gold Label Leader or Seaguar Grand Max before Sniper or Invizx.  They just seem to hold up better, they handle the shock of hook sets, and knots are really good with both, especially the leader knot.

It doesn't matter.  Or, rather...it matters so very little for your leader that it doesn't matter.  I submit that if you fish two identical rigs....one with each of those options,  you will never be able to tell the difference 

Sniper, since ya made me choose between the two.

 

Sunline is the Keitech of fishing line, so you go with that and forget about the rest. If Seaguar is on sale, tho, that's worth a shot as well, but not at the same price point.

I fish both . I feel like invisx handles a touch better. For a leader you will never know the difference.

I don't fool with florocarbon for leader material. Just don't trust it. Has to be tied correctly else the knots can fail in a heart-beat. Mono is much cheaper and I've caught so many nice fish using mono leaders that I see no reason whatsoever to change. It's cheap, strong, the fish could care less and it just plain works. But if I had no other choice, I'd most likely go for the Sniper. 

Sniper has held up to zebra mussels better than invisix for me.

I've not tried either of the two you mentioned.  I use Seaguar Blue Label 8#, 10# or 12# and have been very happy with all - thin and relatively soft, but strong and seems to wear well.

I’m planning on using 20lb leader

I must have misread. I like sniper slightly better than Invisx but both are good. At 20lbs I don’t think you will notice too much of a difference, especially as leader material. You have picked some great, great lines. 
 

I absolutely love sniper when I am “in practice” with my casting and when I have the funds. It is probably my favorite fishing line overall.

I wouldn't buy either with my money, but since we are spending yours, buy which ever is cheaper.

 

They are both good, or bad, depending on your perspective, but for all practical purposes the same, and definitely over priced.
