Had a couple passengers on the boat today, I think they really enjoyed their ride along.

  • After a couple of years of being used to make the new movie "TOP GUN-2" this F-18 E  has just arrived @ our facility in Jacksonville Fl. for rework, fresh paint and being returned to the active fleet.

It was too wet here today to go to my job I’m working on right now, so I got a start on our new greenhouse. At 7:30 am it was nothing but grass, by 7:00 tonight I had the concrete poured. 8’ wide by 15’ long, 82 bags of concrete mix in total. After labour day I’m gonna start framing it up and we should have fresh salads by November, that’ll last all through the winter until we start next years outdoor plants like tomatoes, squash etc.

Edit to add:  It looks short and broad from that angle, but it's a long and sleek boat from the days when boat racing was "a gentlemen's sport" (for rich guys) rather than being funded by manufacturers, sponsors and pros.

Gold Cup racing on L.George, NY

El Lagarto wins third Gold Cup at Lake George

Helped a fellow basshead document his new PB Today ~

May be an image of 2 people, fishing rod and lake

These guys were way over 150 yards away from me. I just have a Lumix DC FZ80. Cheap cam with a decent zoom lens.

So you side-gig as a paparazzi.

And you call yourself a fisherman. Mr. Kayak has 10 rigs ready to go and A-Jay only 6 :unibrow:

Actually, that was very kind of you and fortunate of him to run across you. Now we have 100% proof you are not the only person who has the coordinates of Lake Menderchuck. I know you'll never break, but he might.

Actually, it did get better. Today, he fed his entire family. Papa pan fried all the, bass, and bluegill he caught yesterday. Served with grilled corn on the cobb, steamed broccoli, and potato chips. He must have said "Did you like my bass?" 100 times.

Hank just started his diet last week, because he has been well fed.

That’s by design. Great Pyrenees are flock guard dogs. They guard flocks of sheep in the Pyrenees mountains so they’ve been bred to blend in with their flock. Hank didn’t pass the quality control test. He won’t go outside when it rains, he’s scared to death of thunder, he has horrible skin allergies to god knows what outside.

He’s a factory reject like myself.

If they didn't describe it like that, some moron would throw a hissy fit about the fact that it wasn't described accurately.
