Well, thank you for that,  I think... Picked up my list of Berkley baits I had been wanting and impulse purchased that Zenon MG-LTX Reel and Zenon med light casting rod to go with it.  Neither was on my radar but at 50% off... Wish they stocked those Hardy fly rods, would have been all over that too.

I had a Fenwick Elite Tech casting I used for jigs and I absolutely loved it.  And then I broke it.  Totally my fault.  I saw these and was reluctant to spend the money but half off was more than I could bear.  I'll let you know. 

Thanks for making me buy more rods I don’t need…from the corporate monster I’m not super fond of haha!  A 6’10 ML Elite Bass and 6’6 ultralight Elite finesse to go with the 7’2 Legend Glass I just bought…good grief.

I tried a Penn VisX 50 for 729 dollars and code did not work for that reel.... 

But code worked for a standard abu sx reel...

Got an email from Pure Fishing, rods have been shipped. Lures have not been shipped yet though.

 

 

How has the shipping time been for your guys' recent TW orders? I placed an order last Monday and it's yet to ship. I know this is their busiest time of the year..

I’ve not heard as much grumbling about shipping times this holiday. I’d give them a call and see if there is an issue with something being out of stock.

I first saw it posted here in this thread.  I did a little research on the code.  It appears to have maybe originally come from "an industry insider's" facebook page according to this post on in-depth outdoors.  Via Google, I've seen it mentioned on an ice fishing and a catfish forum.  The tenuous link appears to be private equity firm Sycamore Partners which acquired both Pure fishing and Essendant  in 2019.  I'm wondering if the code works for any of their other companies...

I ordered the last day of the sale, and mine just shipped out yesterday.

 

This is my fourth order from them, two from sales......both times from the sale it took about two weeks to get the package.

eta:    Sign in to your account.....go to order history.   Click on most recent order, then click on track shipment.   It will tell you the day it's expected to ship by/late day.

If something is OOS, they'll ship the rest of your order normally, and when the item that was backordered comes in, they'll ship that out for free at that time.    I had a product backordered so I looked into this.

I picked up a elite bass ml for drop shot fishing. Hopefully it works out. Hasn’t shipped yet but this will be my most expensive rod. Wish I bought a reel too but I’m already in the dog house for buying a pedal kayak setup earlier this year.

I can say saltwater soft bait by the bag and jar. I never seem to have enough fresh shrimp, mullet or squid, especially when the surf is rough, and like to have some soft stuff in reserve.

 

I can always get Fishbites at $7 or $8/bag, but this is so much better. Thanks.
