I got the 20% off for premium members email and already bought an Expride. I noticed that Megabass isn't included.

As NorthernBasser alluded to, for items that aren't Shimano/Daiwa (perhaps others?) premium members are better off using a 15% code and getting their 10% rewards on top. I'm going to be sad when Omnia inevitably waters down their premium membership benefits, but it's great while it lasts.

just an FYI - you dont get reward/cash back for anything above 15% discount.  You're better off doing 15% + 10% rewards than doing straight up 20%

Just wanted to drop in and say hi to you all. I'm not as active 'round these parts anymore. Haven't bought anything in about 5 month. Haven't had the boat out in almost 5 months. Really sucks, but it'

Got a kick out of these huge markdowns.

You're looking for the BB1 Pro? Omnia already has it marked down $50 off. Or you looking to get it cheaper than that?

Yeah. I’m interested in the clicking drag feature. Want to try it out. And yes, I’m always looking for cheaper haha.

Ps. TW is selling them for $149 right now as well, if anyone is interested.

@JackstrawIII BB1 Pros are already 25% off, as are a few other Lew’s models.

Kistler has some really nice deals right now. Helium's for $199. Chromium and KLX for $150.

Anyone have a suggestion as to where the best place to buy a few Daiwa rods from at a discount? I'm specifically looking at the Tatula XT, and Procyron Spinning and casting models. I plan to get a few rods in each line.

American legacy has 25% off Daiwa with code SECRET, however they only have 1 of the Tatula XT rods that I am after, and none of the Procyron rods.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I'm also open to purchase any used rods.

Is there a 'loophole' or something like MAP pricing for the Omnia 20% off sale?

It obviously says "Excludes Daiwa, Shimano, Megabass etc...

However I know sometimes they will still do the discount after the sale is made.

Anyone have any info or knowledge regarding this? I've never done business with Omnia.

Are you a premium member by any chance?

No sir, that I am not. Now I'm curious...if I was a member would the same exclusions apply?

Well, I'm a premium member and I got an email with 15% off code (plus you get 10% back to spend on future purchases). That code does work on Shimano and Daiwa but doesn't seem to work on Megabass products.

Thanks @NorthernBasser! I just purchased the premium membership so hopefully they send me a similar email. The membership seems to be a decent value

@Kyle S You might have to call them. Not sure you’ll get an email on this particular sale.

There's a lot of perks being a member. I love the free shipping even if you just need a pack of hooks.

I would suspect a few things... A lot of us who have been around were really making out.  Buy the gift cards 10% off, then wait to use it when everything is 20% off.  And also keeps them from getting buried with orders in a 72 hour window from the "early release email" to the public opening.

Curious how TacticalBassin buyer guides will promote this...

This is probably gonna be the first time in 7 or 8 years I don't do a large black Friday order through them. Their sales have been less and less impressive and dividing it up this way kind of ruins it altogether IMO. I know Covid hit them hard but this combined with their shipping increases has taken my ordering from like twice a month to a few times a year at best. It used to be if I wanted something for the upcoming weekend I could do a quick order and get it for what was it....5 bucks for two day? Not anymore. Now my cart sits as a wishlist and I have way more time to contemplate my purchase. I basically don't impulse buy anything anymore.

FWIW, the military discount is turned on for TW's sale this time.

TW…being shady….check your prices before and after adding cart

Are there going to be any good sales on rain gear that you guys know of?

The Hook Up Tackle has some select items 40٪ off. One is the OSP Blitz EX DR. I have had pretty good success with this bait but the Max version is my favorite of the deep divers.

Fisherman's Factory Outlet

Abu Garcia Vengeance 6'9" & 7' MH casting rod Fast: $24.00.

Abu Garcia Vendetta 6"9" MH casting rod Fast: 38.88

I've got my sale going.

Use code fall10 for 10% off all in stock items.  Any order $75 or more will get a free gift.  Sale ends Nov 30 2023

I'm looking to buy a helix 7 MSI. Currently $100 off at academy is the best deal I can find. This is my first time buying electronics, should I wait and expect a big discount for Black Friday somewhere? Felt like they were on sale a lot last year but I didn't know what I was looking at until recently after some research.

They usually have great deals on electronics during Black Friday. I got one of my Garmins during Black Friday for around $400 off.

I added several random items to my cart and it did this to 2 out of 5. Cmon TW let’s get it together! Sadly, looks like this will be the first time I don’t order from them on Black Friday in many years

20% off of $4.99 is $3.99, as advertised. The crossed-out price that you see in the cart appears to be MSRP, based on the manufacturer's site.
