When fishing a spinnerbait, do you fish it with a plastic trailer...  Always, Sometimes, Seldom, Never.

I would say seldom. I might put one on if I want to fish a shallow area slowly but there are better alternatives for this.

Spinnerbaits are funny for me. I get on kicks where I’ll fish them a lot & then put em down and forget about em for a yr. 
 

I’ve gotten to where my best use for them is banging them around sunken wood & tree tops. I never use a trailer anymore. Did years ago but not anymore.

I like the spinnerbaits that have the built in trailer skirt .

50/50 for me these days.  If it has a built in 'trailer' with a longer section of skirt then no.  If it is a compact profile I'm going for then no again.  If I want a big profile or want the bait to stay up in the water column then yes.

Closer to never for me based on how I normally fish them. If I am using a trailer its usually for slow rolling a night bait.

Sometimes, 50% of the time I guess. I don’t fish big spinnerbaits and the added soft plastic will make one look larger.

This. Or I'll go with none at all. But most of the time I want an added profile like the Strike King Blade Minnow provides (trimmed down a tad). Not a fan of paddletails on spinnerbaits at all.

Seldom, never. 

I'm late to to the spinnerbait bite. Also really only fish moving water. and mostly smallies. I've used a zoom split tail and boot foot paddle tail(s) a handful of of times. I haven't noticed a difference.

I started using the Megabass SV-3 spinnerbait a lot and it kind of has a trailer, or at least that profile built-in...  So, yes?
