8 bags of 3" Zakos showed up to my door today. Picked some up in green pumpkin, green pumpkin/white, white, and electric shad. I did not expect them to be positively adorable on the back of a MiniMax. Tossed it in the canal out back to see how it looks, action is as promising as its big brother. I have some 3.5" Spunk Shads coming in a separate TW order that should be here tomorrow, as well.

Second order showed up. Some 4.5 Spunk Shads and some 3.5s for the MiniMax. Some 2.0 and 1.5 decoy snaps for the chatterbaits, and some more Thunderhawk Sergeant lipless cranks in a new shad pattern, 3 in the 3/4 oz rattling version and 2 in the 1/2 oz silent version.

Here's a nice addition to the Rebel collection!

It in near mint condition considering it's 50 + years old.

That's awesome. You leaving it in the package I'm assuming?

Yes sir. I buy Rebels for the collection and Rebels to fish. This one will be hung with the non-fishers.

Gawd I’ve gotta quit reading this thread!

I fish a lot of different brand swim jigs. But the Shot Caller is definitely my go-to.

Good combo on that Mini-max;  I use it myself.

The Bait Turkey made a visit today. This thing is tiny. I'll have to compare side by side, but it almost feels smaller than my Tatula 70's. Initial impressions, I'm quite impressed. It just feels solid as can be. Very nice packaging, and comes with a reel cover as well.

I’m really liking the looks and size of that handle but it does look tiny. What’s the line capacity?

14/100. The reel is also very light at 5.0 oz.

Is that the Hundo?

Got a few Level rods I've been wanting to check out. Very nice rods, especially at the price (and especially on sale). They also balance perfectly with lighter reels. I may buy a few more for Christmas gifts.

Then just a handful of stuff I needed to restock on and a few things I bought just because they were so cheap (and goofy-looking). A bird flipping bait and nymph by Fish Lab. The nymph with definitely work on a ned head. The wings are extremely thin/limp, which should provide some additional action under water with the slightest of movement.

I do like these little no-action craws by Venture Lures on finesse jigs in the early spring.

And then figured I'd try out these tiny 2" Damiki cranks, which are 50% off right now at TW.

When I grow I up, I'm going to buy tackle like @NorthernBasser 🤣

The only man in history who could be a drop shipper for Tackle Warehouse 😁

eta:   those DBombs in black are dynamite.....I'll be buying lots of those next summer.   Those things are big fish candy if there ever was.

It's a sickness, I swear. My friends joke with me that I should start a Youtube channel just for unboxings, since people seem to really like those kinds of videos. In the past I've given tackle away to young kids who I see fishing at the boat launches/along the banks. I'm gonna have to up my game a little this year I think and give out more.

And I agree on those black D Bombs. I fish a lot of stained lakes where black baits are the ticket.

Those dragonfly soft plastics are veryyyy interesting, especially if they float. Would be a deadly little topwater here during the summertime I would think.

Two more TW orders showed up this week. The first was just some terminal tackle I was low/out of plus a couple of baits to try, love the one knocker so want to give the hard knocker its fair shake, and trying out the downsized 97mm Provoke. My only downsized jerkbait is the Rapala Shadow Rap Shad, which is a great little bait but I wanted something I could get a bit more distance with and would stay down a little longer without adding weight.

Second order is an upgrade to my chatterbait reel from the SLX XT, looking forward to throwing this, and may purchase a second one in a 7:1 here soon to upgrade my lipless reel from an SLX DC.

I’m not a young kid, but I can rent one. Where do you fish again?
