Caught my biggest this year on a frog. Came in at 6.7. No pictures, so I guess it didn’t really happen.

Funniest thing about it was I caught it in a very heavily pressured city pond, so not many of the locals believed me, either. Until I showed em pictures of a few other 5+ pounders I caught out of the same pond.

2018 was a really bad year for me. Didn't catch anything over 3#. My biggest LMB and SMB both caught on baby brush hogs.

I had a bad year, also. I caught less than 10 fish all year.

My my biggest bass was around 6.5lbs and was caught on a weightless Zoom fluke.

My biggest bass ever 4lbs. Caught on a Savage Gear 5 inch baby bass paddle tail swim bait in the Sabine River near Orange, Texas.

6.25 on the Ned rig 1/16 oz head 6# fluoro

6.25 lbs.jpg

Just an observation ....in 23-25 posts only one was caught on a jig.

I’ve always considered the jig to be a big bass lure and I have caught some big ones with jigs....but not my biggest.
