A-Jay, I don't have a lot of words here for you and your wife. But know that I'm thinking of you and your situation. Hoping and praying that things improve for her, in the best way they can.

Thank you very much - seems this is one of those 'stories' that regardless of how

or when it ends,  will most likely suck pretty bad.

I wish it was different but that's the reality of this insidious deal.

Five hours into today's chemo.

So far so good.

Andy, just wondering how Lynn is doing. Still thinking about you guys, and keeping both of you in my prayers. I really hope she is doing better.

Thank you for thinking of us and hope you and Dee are getting a chance to smile a bit here and there.

Scheduled round of chemo yesterday.  6 hours this time.  New heart meds seem to be helping but we're playing our cards very close to the vest, meaning we're taking it slow. Resized_20220928_093334.thumb.jpeg.899447c2ef288f483aa7e1504182e7ed.jpeg

You guys make that uniform proud, looks fantastic on the both of you.   Sadly standards of all types are going down the drain.

God bless the both of you, and I can only hope I have her courage and strength if I face a similar problem.    Keep up the fight Lynn!   You're a hero and inspiration to many others!

In my last 'update' I had mentioned that we were hoping that a new medication would prove to be 'helpful' and that Lynn had just started it.

She's already consuming a truly staggering number of meds daily, and along with her infusions,

any & every time we 'add' to that, raises the concern level, if that's even possible at this point.

Well, she's been on it for going on 5 weeks now.

Here's the Good News, It's helping.

Not a miracle my any means but the 'passing/blacking out' is not happening

and she's able to play with the dogs for a while most every day.

This might be the new norm, but it's a lot better than what it was just 6 weeks ago.

So we're still taking it one day at a time and appreciating the little things.

There are the good old days.

Thank you so much for all your kind messages and continues support.

Feel for you, man - between Sciatica and Rheumatoid Arthritis, Nora's been basically bed-bound for 3 years now. With the severe drop in health-care personnel, getting a PCA in here has been a no-go.

Reason my outings are few and short. But we do what we have to for our loved ones.

Give Lynn my best, and hang in there man - you're not alone.
