All I can say is that we're here for you brother and offer my prayers!  Life truly is cruel, and it's incredibly hard to understand why such terrible things happen to such good people.

I can't imagine the strength and toughness both you and your wife possess.

Man that’s just terrible, so sorry for what you guys are having to deal with.
Like everyone else here, just know that we’re all here thinking about you guys, and although we can’t do much else, remember that at the very least we’re hear to listen, and talk with you if/whenever you want or need to.

so sad to hear this, prayers are sent to the man above us to see your familly through this.

Miserable. So sorry you both have to endure this. Cherish every hour.

Sending prayers and thoughts for you and Lynn…

My wife’s had a chronic illness our whole marriage. It has nearly debilitated her at this point. We are in the drs office as I write this. Ive come to realize that it’s part of the human experience. We have grown in character as a result, so now we can empathize with those who have similar issues…but it’s still hard seeing your loved one in a situation like this…

I took my time responding.   After some thought I figured I still don’t know what to say. Having lost my pops and watching my mom. I do know this :  she wants to know you’re gonna be okay.

easier said than done, I imagine. Being okay.

best wishes bud.

Internet friends can’t compare to a lifelong mate, but know that you have a lot of folks pulling for you, and praying for you. All of us on BR think highly of you. Hang in there, man.

I don't have any words for this ... other than I'm so sorry.

So here’s the latest update on my wife’s heath.

Still very serious - cardiac & super low BP concerns.

So low that our at home PB cuff has been unable read it.

Passing out is a real problem.

Been going a few rounds with the VA trying to get an authorization for a specific prescribed cardiac Med that is expected to help and is apparently quite costly. (Not to us) VA required Lynn’s DR’s to jump through quite a few hoops before authorizing (insert paying for) it. Nothing bad to say about the VA, they have been a Huge help in all of this, just that this deal seemed to need some extra TLC and took what seemed like forever.

Lynn’s been on the new meds for a few days.

So far so good as it seems to be helping.  If this didn’t happen, there is a good chance she’d already be in hospice or at the very least long term hospitalized. She's 49.  Seems we may avoid that, at least for now.

We both could not possibly thank you all enough for the kind words & encouragement and I’m pretty sure we’ll need all we can get moving forward.  She has her regularly scheduled Chemo for the 14th & again on the 28th of this month. Not sure how that’s going to go.

Either way, at this point, I’m feeling like a drunken goat doing yoga in a dumpster fire riding on a train going right off the rails.  Serenity now . . . . .

With all you’ve giving to us on this forum to your service for our country there is no way we can thank you enough.

You and Lynn just keep strong and know we will always have your 6.

Wow Lynn has amazing strength, more than I could ever imagine possessing.   Both of you guys do, and keep up the fight!

Thanks for the update, and better news as well.
