i noticed the only place the megabass stuff was on sale was the 15% off at TW. Everywhere else is excluded.

Oh really? I tried adding some of the 110's and the cost was the same as before. Is there a promo code or does the 15% off show up at checkout?

Megabass, Shimano, Daiwa etc are still usually part of the sale. The savings should show up on your confirmation email once you place your order. Unless it's changed but that's how it's always been. 

Megabass is definitely included in the TW sale. Ordered a rod and it was 15 percent off.  If you pay with Paypal, the discount will show up immediately when paying.
