Enjoy the oodles of more free time you'll have, Kent, and thank you for your service on the forum.

Now it's time to relax

Very well written.
In my 14 yrs on this site he has been one of the constants.

Enjoy your retirement

Just sit and watch a sunrise

Take frequent naps

Eat what you want

Go to bed and wake up when you want.

Make today’s and tomorrow’s better than yesterday and today.

Be Well

Thanks for everything you've done for us here @roadwarrior. I hope you'll still be hanging out here on a regular basis. I'm sure @TnRiver46 will be along soon to post a big drum in your honor. 😁

Well said, @Glenn. He was an excellent moderator, the best fisherman I know, and one of the most generous people I've met. I'm thankful to be allowed to fish with him, and for all that he's taught me in the short time I've known him.

I also love hearing his fish tales. He always seems to have a perfect one for any situation you find yourself in. He knows I'm not a drinker, but I'll raise a cup of coffee for him! Thanks @roadwarrior! You're the man!

Truly an OG mod, and living in my hometown of Memphis to boot! Bravo young man!

ps - I thought he’d died at the start of Glenn’s write-up. Got that pit-of-my-stomach feeling. Whew!

I've been here 15+ years. Kent has always had a presence.  As in life, people come and go but as each of the folks that taught you things (even when they did not know) either leaves or takes a step back, it saddens me.

Kent, enjoy your retirement and take solace in the fact that you helped thousands of people through your time here!

Thanks for all you have done and don't be a stranger!
